Hi sir,
My name is rekha,im n urgent need of suggestion.under certain circumstances igot married to a guy whom i luved.coming out of family leaving my lic job too,my parents luvd me so much n dey always blessed us both.problem arised due to misunderstanding between me n my husband eversince i saw him taking to a girl at 3am n had fight n he started scaring me.from there i returned to my home on my bro call,my bro cm vt ill intensions like bringing gpa paper to sign at his name at very first day since during my marriage too he took sum sign may b gpa from my dad who died recently and we 3 are joint property holders,i cm to my home by nearly 1 year 4months,during inetial days my bro used to telme dat he l go n speak to my husband n every time same reason n used to delay n now wen asked strongly he s coming to beatme n abuse me vt words,meanwhile sum months back only 1s my husband came to meet me n due to ill treatment n abuses of my bro he stopped talking to me n now he started askibg for divorce n no more want to live vt me,my real problem is what should i do now nor my bro goes up nor he s allowing to meet my husband,nor allows my relatives instead he s saying dat i shud take decision either yes r no den 1y he l take me to my husband,now im totally lockdup,what shud i do noww.pls my humble request is to giv me honest suggestions what shud i do.im unbl to take it ny more coz my bro is not even supporting my job,dat he is asking to not to write any govt examm.should i end my life vtot husband n career.what shud i do now pls helpme in ur valuable suggestion tnqu cos it may save my life

dear sir/mam,
my friend(men) filed a divorce case in august 2016 now it is in cross examination stage. now he wants to appoint another(new) advocate for his case.here my question is existing lawyer if not given NOC what my friend can do for NOC and appointment of new advocate

I am currently going to thru divorce in New York, USA. But, my father-in-law has filed false 498A and Domestic Violence case against me and my entire family at CAW branch located at Subzi Mandi, Azadpur in New Delhi. I am love with a muslim guy and i am hindu..our family was ready for the marraige under special marraige act..every thing was going fare ..but one lawyer ruined everything. he convienced the parents to go for islamic act and convert the religion of the girl other wise every thing will be destroyed..but my family dont want to convert my religion as according to them each one is free to observe their own faith..nothing is going well from that day ..after lots of trouble my family convienced for the marraige ..but now every thing have spoiled.please help me

I and my Ex-wife belong from scheduled tribe in Gujarat.We separated on mutual concent before 7 months by notary agreement. But now she want to come back and continue the normal marriage life. She claimed that the notary divorce is not valid but I am not ready to accept this.
So please let me know what should I do?

My brother who got married in July 2013. Initial it seems going okay, but then couple of incident happened which marks fundamental differences. Wife started pushing my brother on financial matters to get things on her, or for her family, and strongly asked my brother to not support his parents, now he left the job and settled in Village. Things continued on/ off disputes and after 2 month she committed to suicide , one night before committed suicide her parents send police to my house to take action against me but police refuse to file any case and police advise me to sent her to her parents she is mental ,doctor also advised me that send her to her parents on Mar.7,17 ,I dropped her Bangalore, in Bangalore her parents residing. I have 11 month boy. Always threaten me that I am demanding money and she will lodged case of Dowry.
Need legal consultancy as how to proceed with it now. These are my quick clarifications? 1.In which place should I file case in Bangalore or can be applied to Darbhanga Ditrict court i.e. my native place.
2. Wife do not have any intention to reunite because;
a. Commit suicide and called police.
b. During 4 years of marriage she only with my brother approx 1 years ,she always went to her parent Bangalore, and then never came back in spite of all effort.
c. Its she who never once initiated a single effort to reconcile and clear difference in span of last 4 years
d. What option does a husband have in this case?
please advise us .

Dear sir/madam If petitioner file the Appeal HMA u/s 28 in session court in year 2015, and now he applied widraw application for the same case. So in this case respondant need present at the time of hearing of widraw application hearing on dated 08/07/2017 . My query is respondant need present at the time of hearing ??

Flat ownership
My mother passed away and has a flat. I am the only son. My aunty claims that my mother has gifted the property to her and I don't have any right for the property. Kindly suggest the way forward.
