Hi,
My brother divorced his wife 1.5 years back and paid 10,30,000/- INR as compensation. His daughter, who is 19 years old, chose to live with his father. This divorce and stay of his daughter was a mutual understanding and consent.We haven't approached court but this all was done at our home with all parties involvement.
Later he made all papers, through court and even by Qazi, and made this divorce legally approved.
Now the problem started that his ex-wife started chasing him, use to call him and SMS, whatsapp him to take her back. She even threatening him that if he re-marry she would attack his wife and him. She use such a flaw language in her messages to him. She even doesn't allows him to get their daughter marry and just spoiling her life by brain washing.
Please advice what can we do to get rid of her?

My Question if a Muslim mother who has acquired property by purchasing the same from the builder and if she intends to sell the same does the daughter, or Son has any rights on property. and her husband is no more and registered as D/O so .........
do they have an share on it as she has earned it on his own.. if so what precaution to be looked at while purchasing the same

Both me and my wife are in govt service. Shortly after marriage she conceded that she had an affair in college, but I let it go because that was past. But after few years I noted she would keep her phone very guarded. So I got suspect that she might be seeing somebody. When probed or confronted about being secretive, she would get violent or threaten suicide saying doubting her fidelity was demeaning to her. But now I have clinching proof that she is currently sleeping with somebody. Now I want to prosecute my wife for causing intense mental agony to me and my old parents by her violent behavior for last many years. I also want to put her lover behind bars (he is married with a son).
For first six yrs of marriage, we used to live alone. After this, when our first kid was born, my parents moved in to look after us. After three years, she demanded that my old parents move out (another kid had been born in between). When asked as to who would look after the toddler kids, she said that they could be kept in a creche. When I resisted her formula, she created a huge scene, tried calling police, and her parents came and took her away with both kids who were intensely attached with me and grand parents. Me and my parents were distraught. She returned after two years, on the condition that my parents live separately. So we are together for last few months again, with my parents living separately in vicinity and looking after kids till we return from our offices. But she still keeps saying that she wants to get away from me and my family because we all are morose. Now, with clinching evidence of her affair, I want to divorce her. Foremost, I want custody of two minor daughters (5 nd 7). She will definitely blackmail us with our emotional attachment with kids. She is in the habit of saying that law & society are on her side. I am ready to let her go if she leaves the kids, but I am afraid of discussing any mutual course of action because as soon as she gets to know that I have nailed her affair, she will again create huge uproar and will again run away with kids. What legal actions are available with me against her infidelity and causing intense mental agony to me and my family for last over seven years?(hari_pratap @ hotmail . com; Greater Noida, U.P).

Hi,
Currently i am fighting two cases RCR(filled by me last year) & Divorce (filled by wife in this year).
Divorce case is on interim maintainence decide stage but since wife & her lawyer refused to take our cross examination in other case whihc is RCR, we got RCR decree last week.
Court in which i won RCR said that he is keeping memory card (electronic evidence) with him after passing decree.
I want to know that if i want to use same evidence in divorce case too so what should i have to do in this case?
Did court in reality keeps original electronic evidence with him after case completion ?
We already submitted a CD containing all the electronic evidence copy like (WhatsApp, SMS, Call Recording & Emails).
Can anyone suggest me right steps i need to take or what i need to say both court regarding evidence court wants to keep.

Hai am working in a Pvt company and I was In a relationship with a guy for past 1.5 yrs we both loved each other.for past 3 month his activity was unusal and he dint make any time to spend and also he's trying to abroad and he promised me that we will marry each other once he returned from abroad.But 2 days back I caught him he's in serious relationship with other girl which is his relative for past 10 yrs and also he said that used that girl to get permanent residence in france.we have a inimacy relationship everything as I thought him as husband and also I spent some money for him.
Will I able to make a complaint against him is it possible???
And also he begging me that he didn't. Cheat me and he is going marry I dono what to do plz help me

My ancestral property has been served a certificate of heritage property without any prior information to me (married daughter) my mother and my unmarried sister. What can I do to reverse this ?

dear experts please give me advice
me and my friend got married 2 month before by register in registrar office. both we are hindu religion. we didn't marry by ritual also not wearing mangalsutr or har. but we have register marriage for housing loan. and my friend also not ready purchase house. right now my family is not accept our marriage. so we decided cancellation of marriage. there is any procedure to cancellation of our register entry.

Pls let me guide to figth CRPC 125 file by wife even after available below facts.
1. Post mediation held at dist court and as per deed terms both party husband and wife withdrawn their cases after learnt by the ADJ and started leaving to gather and thereafter separated again within 2 months and wife again file CRPC 125 after 1 year from date of separation.
2. Wife is well educated capable for working as she is MSc, BSE, BED and was working before the marriage and now days may be working.
3. A FIR also was lodged bcs she was already divorced but concealed at the time of marriage as marriage which were took place through famous matrimony web site, secondly charge sheet of the same was not proceed bcs cases were withdrawn as per mediation held at Dist court.

My mother purchased plot in her name. She took 50% of funds from me with verbal understanding that she will execute a 'Will' in which she will write property in my name.
My father is no more and we are only two siblings. Have one married sister. Now under my sister and her husband's influence, my mother is planning to transfer property in their name.
One may term having property in mother's name as a mistake but whom one should trust, if one can't trust even his mother.
I arranged funds from taking personal loans and my hard-earned savings. What steps i should take now to recover my funds, right here. Kindly guide. Thanks

Hello sir
My wife always goes to her mother place in all the festival so this time she didn't turn up to come back and it's been a month and half .
So recently she wanted to come back so we told we are tied of her and this behaviour so we will be calling family meeting including their family and mine and will accept her with terms and conditions.
But mother and her brother along with her bhabhi came up the n my absence and gave words to my mother and when I also reached home they bash up me with the same.
So I called my wife stating that why you sent her mother to my place for fighting.
So my mother in law had lodge a NCR against me stating that I scared her daughter.
Now what should I do, I had never been to police station but they called me for to warn me and took my signature on that ncr paper.
I worked for Airport and ship, but in futher will this NCR will effect my job and career??
Is this end of my career and my life??
In futher will I ever get clearance certificate from police for my job.???
What should I do.
I am very tensed and depressed.
Plz help.
