Dear Experts,
Last month my wife, her family members and some rowdies did theft in my home (my absence ) and same day they kidnapped me, regarding this I have registered case in PS.
After one month she filed 498A DPA 3/4 on me and my family members. Here police without any call, notice or primary investigation they registered FIR against me and my members ( from day one we living separately ).
1) Unnecessary my family members getting suffered?
2) How to face police ?
3) What is the checklist to prove misuse of 498a at PS level?
4) My wife and� her family members are already accused in both theft and kidnap case?
5) What is my rights as per new rule of SC?

iam sudhakar from viskhapatnam 25 years old,sir i and priyanka (25 years old from tanuku) loved since 5 years her parents are rejected our love and they are harraged her physically and mentally and they fixed marriage and with another one and they held engagement also.we told him she dont like that marriage but he also no response.finally she decided to go sucide before marriage. please give me suggestions.... my brain is not working sir how can i stop......

in 1949, my grand father had a partition of theproperty and in 1973, my father was given the partition from my grand father. i was born in 1969 after my birth only my father had his partition in 1973. my question is can i claim a share in this property as a grand child?

Hi,
My sister married for 9 yrs is continuously tolerating the domestic violence. We have asked her many times to stand against it and lodge a complaint. But she never does that fearing the future of her kid and divorce.
In the past few days she is getting physically as well as mentally tortured. But still living in the same house falling prey to the inlaws false apologies.
We can not do much since she is fearing leaving the husband's house. But we feels her life could have danger.
Is there any step that we can take to make sure that she will remain safe there. Like can we as girl's family file some application for her safe living there with her kid mentioning the domestic violence she is tolerating now?

If wife previously made suicide attempt due to his husband and in-laws tortured and husband recently file police complaints against wife that in future he and his family will not be responsible for her suicide attempt. And for withdrawing this application from police station they ask for 5k within 1day. Is it any fee for withdrawing case . Because police is saying that case has not in their hands it has gone to family court. Within how many days case has been filed in family court after application into police station?

If husband hit his wife and admitted his crime at police station, does this matter immediately goes to family court? And if he wats to withdraw the case and don't want to take any action against on his wife on the very next day then ? Any charged of withdraw case like 5k has to be paid?

MY PARENTS FILE A CASE FOR CANCELATION OF RELEASE DEED . THE RELEASE DEED WAS REGISTED IN PRESENSE OF THESILDAR WITH PHOTOS OF MY MOTHER AND FATHER . THEY ARE LIVING WITH ME AND DAILY TRY TO FIGHT WITH US AND TRY TO FILE OTHER CASES. I HAVE RANUVTE COMPLETE BUILDING AND TAKEN RANUVATION LOAN . IT IS SHOP CUM HOUSE . AND THEY ARE TRY TO DISTRUBE MY BUSINESS. NOW PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO . I HAVE ONLY TWO DAUGHTER AND BY DOING THIS THEY ARE TRY THROUGH ME AND MY FAMILY ON ROAD. COURT CAN CANCEL RELEASE DEED ?

Conversion from hindu to muslim
Hello I am 28yr old married girl I was hindu and then I married a muslim boy and there was no other way to get married to him so I got converted to Muslim but have not followed any customs and want to be a hindu back and follow my customs and traditions how can I do it. I got married on 31st March 2017 by muslim law and 4th may in the registrate office by my hindu name I have my marriage certificate by my hindu same so does the muslim name change or the nikah is valid in my case
