DEAR SIR,
MY WIFE HAD FILED A DVA AGAINST ME & MY FAMILY FOR MAINTENANCE & RELIEF. AFTER THAT I FILED RCR FOR RE-UNION WE HAVE A MALE CHILD AGE 3. THE ALLEGATIONS SHE HAD GIVEN ARE FALSE. THERE IS A STATEMENT OF HIS FATHER STATING THAT "ALL THE ALLEGATIONS IN THIS CASE ARE FALSE" WHICH WE HAVE RECORDED IN THE CD. ON THE PREVIOUS HEARING WHEN WE PRESENTED THE CD HE SAID HOW CAN I USE IT & SAID BRING THIS WHEN THE TRAIL BEGIN.NOW THE JUDGE TOLD US ON THE NEXT HEARING IT WILL BE EN-QUERY .
1. When the time of en-query can she include more allegations which is not given in the Main DVA petition.
2. Is me & my family should go to the court every time.

my mom gave an hefty amount of rupees two lakhs fifty thousand to a person, she made an agreement that she would requite the net amount after 3months, after which my mom called her and said that the duration to pay the amount is lapsed and asked her to pay the amount immediately to which she borrowed a verbal attack with my mom n said that i need another 6 months etc etc,but we came through different channel that sheis emigrating to a different country in a month, but she is frauding us by telling that she will give back in 3 months,my mom lost the genuinty in her words and wanted to file a suite, i would like to know whats the procedure to file a suite and also any means to block her passport till she requite us our net amount... as matter of solid evidence v have a promisorry note drafted and signed by her and also two bounced cheques...please do assist us the proper legal channel and how to resolve the case as early as possible

Is Domestic Violence Case Maintainable in above Situation?
If YES, Is there any judgment of Supreme Court relating to above situation?

i want to apply for DV act against my husband, in-laws, his relatives who tortured me physically n mentally.
1. Under what section i shld put case for it? (my lawyer said that can be done under 200cr.p.c) is that the case wher t shld b filed? or any othr section?
2. that shld b done in which court (i m in chennai)?

my husband has applied for divorce. and afterthat i filed rcr, dv. i m earning more than him.. i m in IT industry. cause f the court proceedings i m wastin all my money. lost all my savings which iwas using for my parent's hospitl charges. (thy are sugar patients, need dislysis every month )
1. is t possiible to apply for litigation charges?
2. if so, how to include the details?

Is there any judgement in 125 crpc which says no maintenance to wife educated also & wife has more income to husband?

Adoption of my sister's children
HI,
We are three sister's. My second died during her delivery. I am the last. she has two daugther's. Her husband only speaks to the elder daughther and not the second. Me and my mother have the custody of both the children, my mom being the primary guardian and being the second guardian. I am married and I have a son. I want t adopt the second child as she thinks that I am her child. My husband also wants the same. My mom is saying that it is not possible as the part of the share which she would receive will not go to her. she changed her name and taken guardianship of her. I want to know will she able to get property if she is adopted by me of her mother's.
Please give me solutions as I don't want to lose my her. her father is married and is having two children.
