Raj Kumar a male hindu aged 25years was teacher of Saqina- a muslim girl. Saqina was student of 10+2. Both of them fell in love with each other. Raj Kumar used to tell her that Hinduism is a good religion. One day both of them eloped and Saqina converted to Hindu religion. The same day they got married in a Arya Samaj temple. Saqina's parents got an FIR registered against Raj Kumar u/s 363 & 366 of IPC. They alleged that girl is a minor. The parents of the girl produced a certificate of Municipal Corporation showing that girl is a minor. 6 months later the police apprehended the couple. By that time Saqina was pregnant. The accused prodused Saqina's school certificate as per which she was a mojor when they got married.
Law points to be discussed:
1. Validity of marriage.
2. Consent of the girl.
3. Charges of Sections 363 & 366 of IPC.
4. Conflicting birth certificates.
5. present situation when the girl is pregnant.
Discuss the matter and please suggest some decisive and latest authorities.

sir,
my friend who is a hindu and also a govt. employee got married to a hindu man who is having a living wife. after knowing abt the earlier marriage of his husband, on her lawyer's suggestion, she got filed a civil suit in the court of law to legalise her marriage as she is unaware of the earlier marriage and her husband also supported her abt her unknowingness of his earlier marriage. now the first wife got filed a criminal complaint against my fried and her husband u/s 498a,494 and 323 ipc and also claiming for maintanance.the first wife got transferred all the property of my friend's husband in her name. the only proof of my friend's marriage that the first wife has is the civil suit filed by my friend and none other. kindly clarify whether the civil suit filed by my friend is an evidence u/s 494 and is there any scope of escape for my friend and her husband from this case?

an exchange of foul language and beating took place between 2 groups. 1 was the resident and defender. 2nd was attacker and trying to get into the building with a specific object.
members of both group got injured. 1st gruop being innocent lodged FIR. subesequently 2nd group filed another FIR. The I/O is same. now the cross cases are going on. PP is same. how to fight for the 1st group, whose members are witnesses in the case lodged by them and accused in another case only bacause their names were disclosed in the med. rep.

HOW TO DEFEND THE 1ST GROUP ? (THEY ARE TOTALLY INNOCENT AND LAW ABIDING PEOPLE)

Counter cases to make 498a strong

she filed false 498a case on me & my family members. I am very sure that the allegations made by her & her father are totally wrong and cannot be proved in court. Therefore, I want to take up this challenge & would like to make their life miserable too, so that they should take back the case immediately.

Please advice what counter cases should I file to make 498a strong?

I am NRI, please advice, do I need to be present during filing these cases or any alternate is available?
