138 Negotiable Instrument Act

In 138 case the parties are ready to compromise and the accused had handover the cheque to the complainant
but the argument is complete and the matter is fixed for Judgment

Whether It is possible to compromise before judgment ??

Pls provide the procedure to inform the court or to stop the court to pass judgment

Legal remedies against commercial transporter in resi. area

Sir, I want to know 1] What are the legal remedies against the transporter running this office in residential layout/area? 2] What types of administrative complains could be launched against such transporter? 3]If no remedy is available, public interest litigation could be filed or not?

Execution Petition of Cr.P.C 125

Que. Does Execution Petition U/S Cr.P.C 125 also proceeds like any other Petition like sending summons to husband and then husband comes for hearing and case goes on few hearings and finally Order is passed or the process is immediate in the first hearing itself?

Case u/s 138

I have given four blank signed cheques to Std.ch.Bank as security for a personal loan.Due to failue of business I cant pay the last 12 EMI , as such bank prersent 1 cheque and the cheque is bounced from my bank in Kolkata, Bank file a case in Chennai u/s 138.
I wish to know where there is any circular/notification/legal decision that case u/s 138 must start at palce where cheque is returned.

Criminal case against presentor or sale deed on behalf of co

Whethere a criminal case against presentor of sale deed on behalf of company is maintainable or not? Particularly in that case when authorised signatories on behalf company are different person.

offence is bailable in nature for example U/s.138 NI Act, in default of appearance finally NBW issued. After execution of NBW the accused remanded to judicial custody. Now under what sec bail application to be filed? whether U/s 436 CrPC or 437CrPC?

"A" gave false information to public servant "B". This is punishable under IPC, but who can a third party "c" make a police complaint against "A" or it has to be "B" who can make police complaint
