Dear All,

In th Month of November the court of law gave judgement and was proved she is having illegal relation with her Paramour and order was passed that she cannot claim for any maintainence under Crpc 125. now she is moved to higher court for claiming maintainence. but the fact is she is working and also proved of leading adulterous life.Pl can you help with some citation with ref to the subject and to get my son custody.
