recpected sir,my wife creat a drama and i taken her to hospital. she consume my medical pills given me by the doctor.doctor are made a mlc.after one month she files a case 498a against me says that i gave her sleeping pills for sucide.i want to know findings by the doctor in the mlc is helpful to proof my innocense.after discharge of my wife from the hospital no police person is contact or investigate me.

My brother gav me "continuing power of attorney for property(general)" , he lived in canada, but recently he die, so i just want to know that, Is i Use his "continuing power of attorney for property(general)"
for sale his property(he had 20
% share in property)???
In "continuing power of attorney for property(general)"
he not mention any type of "after death".
So plz guide me

Please clarify the following queries;-
1. The recent judgements delivered under plea bargaining scheme on Section 279, 304-A IPC.
2. Can an applicant/accused if dissatisfied with the quantum of punishment refuge to accept the decision under plea bargaining and request for trial?
3. What is the prescribed fine of above said IPC Sections under plea bargaining?

IMy wife filed a 498A/406 charge on me and my family. I took a stay from HC from arrest. The case was refereed to mediation. In my first mediation session there were false claims by her that all her streedhan is with me and my family. There were not so many items that she claimed.
I agreed to few that I have and showed my willingness to return bt she is claiming a lsit that wasnt there. This will lead to the mediation failing and I would need to secure a regular bail.
Can you suggest do her false claims impact the bail plea after chargesheet. How the trial progresses will the Magistrate ask me to return articles that I dont have with me.

Respected experts,
It happened that two accused was arrested on Thursday evening and on Friday morning(10 a.m)both was produced before First Class Judicial Magistrate, subsequently both was remanded to 3 days police custody.
Again on the same day(Friday) afternoon bail petition for bail of both accused was moved before court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of District and accordingly he endorsed the bail petition to another First Class Judicial Magistrate then this magistrate allowed the bail of both accused and accordingly both accused was released on bail in evening on same day(Friday).
My query:
is this allow in law??
any others comments/advice on above fact??

Hello all,
I purchased a car from a person by giving 50% of amount. On delivery time he told me that there is a loan on car and the owner is his boss and he(his boss) will clear it as soon as posible and provide me the NOC. but its been so long and he has not resolved the case. When i inquired about the loan amount i came to know that there is another loan on another car on the name of same person(i.e his boss. after 6month his boss paid loan for his another car which he was having now he is not clearing the loan on my car and also not giving me the authority letter for getting NOC. What can be done in such case?
Please suggest your opinion.

Hi, there is a case on my name. chargesheet is filed for that. my lawyer suggested to apply for quash in high court as police people in chargesheet filed that there is evidence for that. based on my lawyers words i applied for quashing in high court. now my high court lawyer is saying that there is some confidential report given to judge by the police people which says that i have done something wrong. i argured that chargesheet is the final thing which police can give to judge.but still he is repeating the same. can some one suggest me how to proceed on this. I want to get rid of going to local court. 1)is there any way to apply for quash again 2) if so what can be the consequences 3)will it be of any help if i apply for quashing through any other lawyer 4)can we speed up the whole process of quashing 5)if quashing does not work, how to proceed in local court 6)can anything be done to speed up proceedings in local court? 7) is there any way for me to get rid of going to local court. as it is real harassment from last 2 years nothing is happening here other than me attending unnecessarily.

I would like to know whether a person charged with 420,416 etc can move to HC to quash proceedings against him with the defense that his age is 75.
