speeding up process in high court

Hi,

there is a case on my name. chargesheet is filed for that. my lawyer suggested to apply for quash in high court as police people in chargesheet filed that there is evidence for that. based on my lawyers words i applied for quashing in high court.
now my high court lawyer is saying that there is some confidential report given to judge by the police people which says that i have done something wrong. i argured that chargesheet is the final thing which police can give to judge.but still he is repeating the same. can some one suggest me how to proceed on this. I want to get rid of going to local court.

1)is there any way to apply for quash again

2) if so what can be the consequences

3)will it be of any help if i apply for quashing through any other lawyer

4)can we speed up the whole process of quashing

5)if quashing does not work, how to proceed in local court

6)can anything be done to speed up proceedings in local court?

7) is there any way for me to get rid of going to local court. as it is real harassment from last 2 years nothing is happening here other than me attending unnecessarily.

Accident

A two wheeler which was purchased in my name by the Director of the company was subsequently sold to another person. The two wheeler was involved in an accident, the victim was pedestrian. The driver has given false name and address to the police. The Insurance is in the name of another person. The driver did not have DL. The victim has claimed Rs10 lakhs as compensation. Will the court order me to pay the sum? Is there any way I can avoid this? I am unemployed and do not have money to pay.

Abettment to Suicide

Hi Experts,
My brother had committed suicide on 16th February 2011.
My brother has left a wife and a 2-month old baby.
On checking his phone records, we found some threatening/mental torture/obscene messages from an unknown number. Later I, along with the police officials, traced the number and found that it was one of our family friend who my brother might had a relation ship with, in the past. Also prior to his death, he had confided to 2 of his friends that the concerned girl was mentally harassing him and blackmailing him for commitment. The police have taken the statements of these 2 friends. The Police has recorded the girl's statememt, without displaying that she is being considered as a suspect, in which she denied having any recent coversations or any untoward relationship with my brother. But even the police have identified that there are suffient electronic proofs to prove otherwise.
The police have advised me that she might get arrested under 306 if I filed an FIR, but the case stands very weak in front the court and that she might get acquitted quite easily.
My entire family is distraugt and moreover we all have always treated her as a sister/daughter. She still comes to our house and acts like sister/daughter. Kindly suggest me for what I should do? I am too disturbed.

Regards,
Samson.

Sir,

i am one of the accused (non executive director) in 138 matter filed by the complainant against the company. Sir my question is that the court has suo-moto dropped the signatory of the cheque in the same proceeding, should i filed revision application against the conduct of the court, or can court suo moto drop the signatory of the cheque, whether it is irregular proceeding under cr.p.c. kindly guide me with your valuable guidance

thanking you,
