Sir i am awaiting my mains IBPS result.
Last week there was fight among my father and his cousins in the family. I wasn't even there when the fight happened. But both the parties have filed an FIR against each other for beatinh them up.
In FIR, my name is also present even though i was not there. We have got bail from the police statio.
Will this affect my chances of getting the job in bank?

Dear Experts,
I was kidnapped by my wife n her family members last month Nov. regarding this I filed complaint at PS with following sections 323,363,506& IPC. Case is going on & some accused got arrested.
Later on before this incident..same day in my absence my wife n her family members did robbery in my home n took following my belongings.
All my educational certificates
Passport
Bank pass books
Cheque books
Experience certificates
Cash
Gold...
Note: Both incidents happened at different police limits n both police are refusing to take case...
1.Where I need to approach to get my theft items??

Hi.
I am ashamed of this act. I was talking to a friend whom I thought is divorce. After talked for few days and then we decided to meet in a club. I told her to wear a good dress and we will have some romantic dinner and some other adult talks but not sex chat..we have not even exchanged nude photos. But i cancelled the meeting in club as i was not feeling something fishy .Then I get a call from her and i think her husband called.me saying "oye u will take her to club" I disconnected and blocked the number. I am.NRI so they can't call at my international number. I am afraid that her husband can put section 479 or 478 on me.. I repeat i didn't met her nor send her nude pic. I cancelled the plan of meeting. I am.leaving India in 10 days and I don't want to have adultery case upon me. Can her husband can sue me under adultery..

me and my family sister and husband all were booked under 304b case after my wife committed suicide by hanging in laws alleged in the fir that we have tortured and killed her for dowry we never haraassed her or asked for dowry we are on bail now

Since my brother has fradulently created some documents and grabbed my share of property I approached police with a complaint. The police has refused to entertain the complaint. Then I approached the court and filed a private complaint against my brother requesting the court to refer my complaint to police. The court instead of referring my complaint to police taken cognigence of the offense and directly dealing it self. Now the stage is the case is coming up for my evidence (i.e complainants). As I am facing difficult to procecute the same myself at this stage. can I approach High Court and pray for a direction for refer the case to police at this stage and will the high court give direction.

A has given surety or guarantee for the presence of the Accused B . Now A is not in good terms and doubt that Accused may skip appearance before the court and B may not be able present him before the court on following case of the proceedings.
Query
1. Whether A can withdraw himself as guarantor or surety of the accused?
2. Procedure about the ways it can be done?

I had landed Rs.200000 to a known family friends last two years back by cheque. He did not returned my money on expiry of due date. My cheque was bounced due to insufficient funds My lawyer served notice to him but mo reply/ action received.
Then we served notice of demand and we lodged the complaint in District court, after that accused deposited the sum of Rs.2 lacs straight in my account by RTGS| without in my knowledge and produced his bank statement proovinng the transaction.
I do not want to accept the Money without penalising him with interest, Court Exp. Etc..
Please guide me , if money is deposited (cheque Value) in my account, without my consent what will be the status of offense under NI Act?
