Sir , our ancestral immovable property my younger brother was sold to Mr.venkoba . but it is important to note that Mr.venkoba was came over to residence of joint family house enquired the legal heirs with knowingly he got register the property without legal heirs knowledge hence he was committed an offense in which IPC sections will be applicable please suggest us

Sir,
my wife filed case under crpc 125 in Judicial Magistrate court. the interim maintenance order will
come soon. In case of any adverse order against me, how can I challenge the interim maintenance
order in higher court ?
My query is under which section can I challenge the the interim order and in which court ?

I want to file criminal contempt under sec.2(c) of the contempt of courts Act 1971 against Tahasildar an R.D.O.
The matter in brief is,I got direction from A.P.IC,Hyderabad in land dispute matter and they are not implementing.I filed W.P.(c) along with civil Contempt in Supremecourt and which is pending in the Supremecourt due to the defective code8888.In the meanwhile,I was communicated the Tahasildar to implementthe order of the A.P.I.C and besides the matter is pending in the Hon'ble Supremecourt for Justice.with a view to made correspondence to save the most valuable time of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and be pleased to implement the order of the A.P.I.C.
i HAVE RECEIVED AN eNDORSEMENT FROM THE tAHASILDAR IS TO GET CERTIFIED COPY OF THE sUPREMECOURT'S jUDGEMENT to take further action.
The statement similar to the the lowering the authourity of the HON'BLE A.P.I.C and in my opinion,it leads to Criminal Contempt under the provision of sec.2(c) of contempt of courts Act.
My query regards whether is it applicable or not?

If a person has got an exparte order from the High Court by misrepresentation of the facts of the case in his application, will the order still be legally enforceable in the lower court? Shouldn't the order be void in such a case as it happens to a contract(voidable at the option of the aggrieved party)

Res. Experts,
I filed a complaint before police regarding offences involving sexual harassment and ongoing victimization of the victim.
As per trend, police didn't do anything.
I filed an application under section 156(3)before MM.
MM called upon ATR from SHO and he replied that the matter doesn't fall under jurisdiction of his police station. Obviously the police is not understanding the matter deliberately in a bid to avoid their duty, under collusion with the culprits. Police did not mention any cause for not registering the case. Neither, they enquired about anything.
police also pointed out a fact in my complaint, that I previously filed an application under section 156(3) in year 2008 regarding same offence, while the present complaint has no connection with that case and the offences reported vide the present complaints were not even in existence at that time.
I just mentioned the fact that, the victim is being victimized since filing of the complaint in 2008 regarding sexual harassment before court.
Pertinently their is a provision of zero FIR in sexual harassment cases.
I have taken adjournment in the matter.
Now, My question is that,
1) can I withdraw the application filed under section 156(3) and file a fresh complaint before police, precisely pointing out the offences going on under their jurisdictional area.
2) if I don't withdraw the complaint, what are the options before MM? ?
3) Can I file another complaint before police after decision of MM??
Please guide me, I shall be thankful.

Is it possible to get a government job if a person is undertrial in IPC 304B and 498 A. His wife committed suicide and trapped the whole family. The candidate and his family got arrested and were in Judicial custody and got bail after 50 days of imprisonment. Its now more than five months passed but Police challan is not submitted in court. After these incidents the candidate applied for two govt jobs in HP (HPPSC). Screening written test is going to be held shortly. Is he eligible for the govt job? Experts, please guide ... (reposted)

I Have Recived a summon from court of 138 ni act and have appointed a lawyer but lawyer has asked me not to come to court on the 1 st date he will ask for next date and should appear on that day before court is it possible

Hi sir , I have a girl friend and we are in a relationship for 5 years . We knew that our parents won't agree so decided not to go against them and will try the best to convince them. Recently we had a small mis understanding and she blocked me I thought to keep quite as time heals everything and decide to talk after some days as if I talk immediately it will boost up the problem , now suddenly she comes and says that I cheated on her I did not turn up to her after the fight she says she will lodge a complaint against me and she sue me and my family ,please help me on how to proceed iam currently working so Il that complaint affect my job as iam very much dependent on it please help

I am facing trial in a corruption case. One accused had approached HC two year back and till than obtaing adjournment under the garbe HC order. Case is stand still. I had also filed an application for dropping of proceeding but same is also not decided by trial court as origional case file is in HC. I want early decision of case. What sould i do? Pl advice.
