Hello sir,
Back in college we had a fight with juniors.they filed an Ragging complain and for was filed.we took the bail.after some months chargesheet was filed and as I read in in detail,the police investigation didn't mention anything as of ragging and it also accompanied college report which clearly mentions that there was no case of ragging but a small fight outside the college premises.
We got some further dates in the court and we did appear but complainant didn't appear and infact he has left the country for his further studies.
After a couple of appearance we kept getting the dates in the court but we didn't appear as we were busy in our work and job but the case is still pending.
I am planning to appear for upsc and other government exams.
My questions are:
1.how to get the case closed/Quash?
2.will this fir affect if I get selected for some post after the exam.
3.your suggestions to sort this matter.

Pls guide about the bail procedures in U.P. ? in Sec 138 NI act.
Can a defendant take a bail on personal bail bond ?
or deposit some amount in Court. As the matter is of Rs. 50000/-.

my 2 daugthers who born in abroad (swedish) they have PIO card, i was not aware i need to register in Foreigners Regional Registration Officer (FRRO) will there be any complications
Stayed in india for around 3 yrs without registration

I was debarred from X psu exam in 2016 due to my negligence and I got a letter that I'm debarred from X psu exams for 3years and no police was involved in this matter or not any case was registered neither I went to police staion. After some days I got selected on Y psu in 2017. Will I get any problem in Y psu police verification process due to X psu issue

A case was registered under 304B & 498A in the year 1994 against in-laws at the age of about 50-53 years. They were jailed and released on bail by high court after 6 months, latter after 2 years husband(25 years) was also added in the case diary. Against harassment and cruelty prosecution only has part of hand written diary, few pages indicating some of the events and conversation had with her in-laws which are of routine in nature. On the other hand there are letters written by the diseased to her husband praising him and her in-laws. Now with current situation when mother in law is no more, father in-law is at 78 years, witness getting older, proceeding still to begin, how to keep accused ready for court proceedings in future to counter the false allegations.

Sir i am resident of delhi, I am 46 yers old after my mutual divorce in January I did court marriage and aryasamaj marriage from gaziabad with a 28 years old girl, my parents are agreed but girls parents are not agreed. Girl is still living with her parents she told them she want to marry me but they are not giving permission and they took mobile and laptop from her and not allowing to go out of home. What I can do to protect me and her. And how I can get my wife liagally with me. Can they file any false case against me or her. Please guide as soon as possible.
