DEAR SIR,
IN CONTINUATION OF MY LAST QUERY
1)SIR,CAN I PUT MY APPLICATION TO SEE THE CHILD IN FRONT OF THE SAME JUDGE WHO IS HANDLING MY CURRENT CASE.OR I HAVE TO FILE MY PETITION SEPARATELY FOR SUCH SIMPLE THING
2)SIR,MY WIFE HAD NEVER GIVEN ME THE PHOTO COPY OF MARRIGE ALBUM I DON'T HAVE ANY MARRIGE PROOF THAT I GOT WEDDED WITH SO CALLED FEMALE.I HAD SENDED EVEN NOTICE FOR PROVIDING ONE COPY BUT SHE DID NOT PROVIDED ME THAT.HOW CAN I GET IT?
3)MY DV CASE IS GOING ON I WAS A TEACHER BUT NOW I CANT GO INTO THE CLASSROOM AS CHILD FACE COMES IN FRONT OF MY EYES I AM MENTALLY DISTURB.SHE HAS SPOILT MY FAMILY AND MY LIFE FULLY.CAN I FILE DIVORCE CASE AS SHE WILL NOT STAY AS SHE IS ALREADY MARRIED WITH SOMEONE ELSE?I HAVE NO SOLID PROOF BUT IT IS CONFIRMED.

Can case be made out For Breach Of trust,420, etc, in NI Act 138,
when cheque intensionally is made to dishonour against the admitted liability, And non refunds of deposits [in 100 Lacs] collected, which is taken @ interest is paid also .??
And Company is sold to next third party creating his rights.
How long a High court case interviene in for accused u/s 482 for Just Quashing?
what is the time limits for High court to give justice?
Court, judiciary system can not / should not take for granted time in his alone favour.?
Where there is challange of issue of orders are applied?
Will some one as expert will guide?

1)CASE IS GOING ON IF I GO AT MY WIFE'S HOUSE TO SEE THE CHILD AND TO TALK IS THERE IS ANY PROBLEM SHE CAN MAKE LIKE POLICE/IN COURT BY TAKING THE NAME OF CORRESPONDENCE
2)IF I TRY AGAIN TO TAKE HER BACK WHEN CASE IS GOING ON IS COURT WILL TAKE IT IN WRONG WAY
3)I AM ASKING YOU AS HER INTENTION IS NOT AT ALL GOOD BUT AS A FATHER OF CHILD I WANT TO SEE JUST TO SEE NOTHING ELSE.

Every single big or small decision in purchasing a new item like vegetables,crockery,small utility items and or moving to other towns for social causes.
has to be taken approval from wifes sisters,or her brother or sisters husband or her parents or her friends.
If not threatening to put a case, dont know what is that?
Looks like husband to be hen pecked.
Now how to capture the evidence of this blackmail?

Iam from Mumbai my mother in law stays in Lucknow and my wife also with her in 2006 we got engaged during which immediately after our engagement my mother in law demanded 2 Lacs Rs from me to purchase a plot in Lucknow. On showing in capability i was threatened by my mother in law that this marriage wont be possible if i did not pay her the money and as i was in deep love my wife also convinced me to to do the same and i anyhow sent the money to her in 2006 through UAE Exchange from Dubai.
There was a Mutual Understanding between us that when she will buy the plot the plot should be in my name and her name as well and she agreed and very soon she bought a plot in Lucknow for 4 lacs as said by her and if the plot will be sold i will get the money as and when it is asked to sell she agreed for the same then we got married on 2008.
I then one day asked my mother in law to show the papers of the plot which she purchased but she denied and we had an argument for the same. She then started teaching my wife and made our relations bad and we both are living separate now because of my mom in law and the plot cost is now more than 15 lacs.
Please Guide me what steps to be Taken and what to do
1)I had the remittance receipt from the exchange i have sent the money and which can be reflected in my mother in laws account as well.
2)I want to file some thing in cognizance as she is not willing to Talk and last time i went to Lucknow to talk they arrested me by there local police and was asked to be put in jail if i will be seen in lucknow next time.
3)i want the money as per now and share which is now costing more than 15 lacs if sold because if it is sold now i must get 50 %.

two cheques drawn on same bank and deposited in the same bank and in same A/c. the both the cheques were bounced with remarked that'stoped by drawewr'
notice was send on 17/08/2010 to the drawer and same was recived by drawer on 20/08/2010 but still he has failed to reply the same. Limitation to file complaint in the cour, is bared on 4/10/2010. due to some economical problems, complainat unable to file the same.
So my Q. is whether 16 days delay can be condoned. or on what graund and what is the provission for that?

I have documentory proof of a person who committed perjury while purchasing plot from Pradhikaran (Body set up by Govt). I want to complain to Pradhikaran but sure they won't take any action because of the nexus. Can I directly take the matter to the court ? Is there any other alternative ? Pls advise.

The matter relates to public trust property, sale unauthorised by law, forged documents etc. Is it necessary to give notice before filing suit ?

False Dowry case before marriage
Hi, I have recently engaged with a girl.(last month, no marriage yet).
But the girl behaviour as well as the family behaviour was not good and I decided to called off the marriage. Also, the girl has great aspirations and all and she may not adjust with me and my family.
Now, the girl's family is harrassing us and threatening us to file case under dowry act.
We have not asked for any dowry. However, during the roka ceremony (kind of engagement ceremony) we received certain gifts, which is normal during hindu ceremony. We also gave certain items to them.
pls let me know
1) whether they can file a case under dowry act.
2) what action should I take now
3) should I get an anticipatory bail for me and my parents
Both the family are in different states.
