My wife filed 498a at ssp office . I am on contract job. If i wil be regularised before FIR ,can police give clearance certificate to me . What wil be scenario after FIR is filed against me. Does that affect my regularisation?? I m from punjab thanks.

I am having inherited property from my father.He passed away,in the year 2009.My paternal relatives occupied my inherited property illegally in the year 2016.Previously,in that place a old tiled house is there.In the year 1977 my father mortgaged and deposited the title of the property in S.B.I.But,it remains presently in the bank as Non Performing Asset .Now,the house was tumbled down by the tress passers.Now,it is a vacant land.Recently I lodged a police complaint to the S.I and submitted a copy to S.P. as the land was trespassed by my paternal relatives and they also destructed the boundary wall and they are also threatening us not to come for land,if you come repeatedly for the property,then they will see my end.The same is complained to the police.The police has registered FIR and registered the case U/S 341,427,506 r/w 34 IPC.The accused were arrested and later they released on station-Bail.But,the police has not handover the physical possession of the property to me.Kindly,guide regards the further proceedings.If I file in the court under cr.proceedings to the court as the police is not handover the property to me and not registered the case under section 447.

Hello Experts,
My husband has performed illegal second marriage.He also registered it and got the marriage registration certificate.
Both have mentioned their marital status as "unmarried" while registering for second illegal marriage registration.
Where as my husband is not divorced yet and his second wife is divorced.
1) Can I take an action against them for furnishing wrong information into the registrar office ?
2) Is second wife liable for IPC 494 or any other legal action because she is aware that my husband was not divorced during second marriage ?

Hi.
I have an FIR in my name under prohibition of dowry harassment 498a. For this, there was an LOC issued and I was caught at the Chennai airport when I was returning from Dubai.
I was handed over to the respective police station and got bail on the same day.
Later, I checked with the police station and they are orally confirming that the LOC is cancelled.
Now, I have to travel back to abroad and I am not sure how to get a written confirmation that the LOC is really cancelled.
Request an expert suggestion on this.

I m charged with railway act 160/2 for barrier breaking. It is seen that there is no any provision for fine only imprisionment is there. but my advocate tell me that he can convert imprisionment in fine. can any body help me to understand and find remedies.

Wife filed false dowry complaint against me my mother and my sister. police submitted chargesheet against us and court framed charges under section 498a and 406 ipc .we desired trial as we are totally innocent and now the procecution side witness are over and the case is in defense side where crpc 313 statements has been completed too.now I want to know that how strong we are in defense of IPC 406 where 2 important facts are now available on record regarding 406 IPC and these facts are - (1)- No any common signed list of article was made ever and the list was put in case was prepared by girls family and lawyer only when they decide to file complaint .... (2) No any bills of articles has been exhibited by procecution side though they were available in court file. Please suggest me any defense judgement too of Rajasthan high Court or supreme Court .

Please provide me by which mode subsistence allowance is given to a suspended nationalized bank award staff employee as per Award/BPS?
After how much time of suspension period non-employment certificate is submitted to get subsistence allowance as per bank laws? Please provide time limit in words and figures both as per Award/BPS?
Whether this is necessary to give monthly declaration that employee concerned is nonworking anywhere for getting subsistence allowance? After getting 10 months subsistence allowance can employee submit it after 10 months?

Respected Experts,
Its been now more than 5 yrs that my husband has not paid a single amount of Interim maintenance.
I have put two applications to issue Distress Warrant against my husband.
But the Court neither directing my husband to pay the amount nor issuing warrant against him.
When I requested to the Judge to direct my husband to pay the interim maintenance then he said that he has other cases to work on and he has no time.
Please advice me now,
1) How to transfer the case from his court to the other ?
2) How and where to file complaint against him ?
