A piece of land is shared by three co-owners where two of them being musclemen have divided it into half between them and have dispossessed the third ie. me from it. I want sec 145 imposed on it since there is tension between us for it. So do I need to hire a lawyer to file a case in SDM's court for it or should I simply submit an application on plain paper requesting 145 to be imposed? What will be the subsequent procedure? (note: It may sound an academic query but its my genuine personal problem.)

I am living in 4 floor building where i am the owner of one of the 4 floors. Owner of top floor has the roof rights mentioned in the sale deed and basis that he has put a lock on the entrance of top floor. As a result, other owners of the building are deprived of checking/cleaning their water tanks kept on the roof.
I have already complained to Police but police is not helping stating that this is a civil case?
Need help in this matter as to what can be done under which sections of various acts?

Dear sir,
One working lady was gets married at the age of 14 only having no any legal id so his husband make a false docs mention in date of birth as such her age reach at 18 and registered the marriage in one village even his husband re registered the marriage and obtain 2nd marriage certificate just by mentioning wrong date of marriage for visa even lady have a 7 yrs of her son. now lady assaulted physically as well as mentally by his husband and family even her husband demand cash from ladys mother. now she want to take divorce but due to such false documentation her husband blackmail her. what legal action lady can have.

The FIR I filed was quashed partially ( 2/4 respondants) by Madras High court. And AFter that lower court closed the FIR stating MF as given by SHO in the final report.
I want to reopen the case.
1. DO I need to reopen in lower court? Or District court or high court?
2. Under what category it can be filed?
3. Chances are there for reopening? (SHO is biased as they are relative of respondant)

Can state or the victim appeal against a order of acquittal if the case is registered in the basis of an FIR?

1. do i need to get permission letter frm high court for filing slp in supreme?
2. i have high curt decree downloaded from online. will that suffice to file slp? Or do I need to apply CA to get from High court with court stamp?

I am from TN. I was cheated by my ex bf. He deserted me and cheated in the name of love, misused me. And I had filed an FIR on him and his relatives who are responsible for my issue, in TN lower court through 156(3). The respondant is wealthy in political and has gained police power biased to them. I got transferred to Gurgaon. That came as an added advantage to them and they have quashed the FIR with Madras High court for respondants' relatives only. Since I am transferred I didnt receive any notice, neither police informed me, though I repeatedly kept calling them asking the status of charge sheet. With this they have closed the FIR as MF.
Query:
Since I am transferred, I cannot go back to chennai to reopen this case. As it is already closed, I dont think I can reopen / transfer here as well. Fed up of dragging behind every police station to file CSR then FIR then charge sheet.). Plus since we had affair in TN, (Place of occurance), I want to know
1. Want to file a private complaint on them in Gurgaon COurt without going to police station. WIll my petition be taken or rejected for the above mentioned reasons?

Discharge application was filed before the magistrate court U/s 239 crpc and the same was rejected by the magistrate.
What should be the next step ?? Should one file revision application? If yes then should it be filed before sessions court or high court?? Because under crpc if one appellate court exercises powers of revision then the other cannot. So if I file revision before sessions court then would I be able to approach high court ??
Can I file appeal before sessions court if yes under which section ??

Criminal - private petition
Copy Paste on behalf of my court friend.
I had filed a private complaint in the lower court @chennai & 3 hearings passed for past 7 months. The summon was not served to the respondant. Police has informed that the whreabouts of respondant is not known as he is out of the state.
I personally went to police station to enquire, they are not showing interest to identify the new locality of the respondant. Neither I could find it after a prolonging search.
Kindly assist me how to proceed? I had spent a lot in court, police on this yet coudlnt bring the respondants to court. And Judical judge is not so strict in this case. Just giving other date.
