Hello Team,
As I got Marriage registration proof for my husband's second illegal marriage and I have filed the complaint under IPC sec 494 against him.The complaint is under investigation towards police in the Maharashtra now.
That my husband and his second illegal wife have mentioned their Marital Status as "Unmarried" into the Registrar office of Bangalore to get the Marriage Certificate where as my husband is not divorcee yet and she is divorcee.
I had filed complaint to the concern Police Station that they both have furnished wrong information to get the Marriage Certificate.But the P.S. have closed the case by stating that I have already filed the case under IPC 494.
But my complaint to them was to inquire and take action against both my husband and his illegal wife as they have furnished wrong information to the Registrar office and deceived the state.
Under these circumstances, Can I file the complaint to the Commissioner or advice if any.

I lodge a rape complaint against a person. Police gathered all the evidence but did not sent one of the evidences for examination. They deliberately spoiled it and returned it to me. What should I do not because that was the crucial evidence without which I cannot prove myself in court.

Hello sir,
I have filed a 376 against my boyfriend who was in jail for around 42days.He is outside now on bail. Now he and his family are ready for compromise and my conditions. We are planning to do register marriage soon. So after marriage can we squash the case in high court as we got married. How long will it take sir to withdraw? They said we will get marriage certificate after 30days. Thankyou

My criminal FIR closed by court with the false police final report. Instead of reopening it I am thinking to open a new private complaint in the same court, u/s 200 cr.p.c to pray to summon thro court and start trial. Kindly let me know if there is any gap in this.

Respected sir,
My boyfriend whom I had filed an 376 ipc based on he promised to marry me and had physical relationship then he cheated me.Later as he agreed we got married. And I withdraw the case. Now it's been 2 years he is cheating me again having an affair with other woman and asking divorce. He has sometimes forced me to have a physical relationship with him.Can I file 376 case or similar on him again? Thankyou

If I apply for quashing of a case running in a lower court before the high court, what are the chances that the high court may create new problems for me instead of giving me relief?
I want to apply before the high court for quashing of a case but at no cost want the high court create new pains for me.

Hi Experts,
i have filed maintenance case against husband but he went to district court during the trial and obtained intrim stay order to avoid the maintenance still he is working and earning 1 lakh per month .he is impotent so he is just dragging the case from past 3 years.
Can i file vacate stay petition in district court or high court?

A firm has two partners. One has 75% share. His unmarried daughter is a elected councillor in panchayat union council. Last time I posted as an anonymous and didn't get expected reply from experts.
So here posting again.
In one of the case my uncle is my surety for bail and bail condition was cash bond i have to pay and property bond from surety.
Property is of uncle and now he wish to sell it.. can we apply in court asking to keep only cash as bond or we need to find another surety with property and replace it?
What option do we have?
I m sorry if i have not framed the word surety and bond (it may not be technically correct as im nt frm that field but basically court has taken uncle's property as bail condition and cash and now uncle wish to sell property)
