Respected Experts,
I am from wife side, file 125 case in feb'18 till now no w/o submitted by husband site, and court allow date by date. We move Highcourt, order receive, there mention directed to complete with in 1 month from communication. We have communicate in apr'22 with certified order,but due to strike of advocate no work done, after summer vacation we again putup yesterday, today with mention high court order, but judje issue date on 27th july 2019.
What is remedy available. Pls suggest.

Dear all,
my uncle and aunty facing cheque bounce case, uncle is more with us and uncle and aunty are joint account holder of this cheque, blank cheque issued to a financer but handed over to third person by financer, now case is from third person, important fact is only uncle's sign is there on cheque. in this condition according to our lawyer the case will dismiss but complainant can fill case again for recovery of amount.
Complainant said that accused issued this cheque dated 10/1/2017 and they submitted this cheque in the bank on 1/2/2017 and cheque got dishonour because unsufficient fund.
My query is my uncle issued only blank cheque to financer but the third person is saying that accused issued this cheque dated 10/1/2017, what that mean by telling this because date and amount is written on cheque by other person not by my uncle, in my view if they said that cheque issued by accused dated 10/1/2017 mean date is also mentioned by accused.

After two-three days of lodging complaint under section 323,324,34, 506, a compromise was filed in the court. Now is it necessary to get bail of the accused?

Dear Sir,
I have lost my job in UAE and my outstanding loan amount AED 120,000 not paid due to don�t have that much money, currently iam India.
Iam getting the calls from collection agent from India.
Please advise what will be consequence Iam going to face.
They can file any case against me. Now a days I can�t sleep in night.
I have little property in my name and wife name.( it is registered under both of our name) is there is any chance that they can take over the preperty.
Please prove me the detailed reply.

I am selected for a govt job in staff selection commision but in 2018 my name was in a FIR under sec 323,341,34, 506.
I was arrested and got bail in 1-2 hrs.
Then compromise occured between us and the complainant and the written affidavit of which was given to police.The I.O filed a untrace report and complainant agreed to it in the court and the report was accepted by the judge.In the final orders the word compromise was not written. And also a copy of compromise was also given to SDM for the closing of 107/151.
will this case affect my police verification and should i reveal this in my declaration form?
The police station where the FIR was filed is a different city than my home city.

My girlfriend is a Dalit . I�m is Balija. We have been in love for an year . Both families agreed for the marriage from past on year. They asked us to wait for my sister marriage. The next day me and my girlfriend got into fight which lead things ugly at his home. Now my family is not ready for marriage. They are telling She is not correct girl. I can�t go against the family . We have been like a wife and husband. She has anger issues . I used to understand her well now I can�t convince anymore and i don�t want o marry her . We were in physically relationship for 12 months. She�s changed and she can�t understand me well and I never been happy in relationship. I was only trying to convince himself for my peace of mind. Since my parents also knows abt her unstableness now i dont want to take changes to marry me and take her burden since caste gonna be major issue .
What will happen if she files case against me & my father along with newly marrried sister. How can I save myself and family. Should I go court and try telling the issues we had . How can I defends myself

Trail for 498a/406 going on since 2.5 years. Now opposition submitted application to get my passport surrender in trial court. I know trial court can not ask surrender passport, but will ask to apply for 'travel permission' each time need to go out of India. My questions are :
1. How to avoid this permission part - I am regularly travelling abroad and wish not to take permission every time ?
2. If need to seek permission from trial court - How much time it will take to get permission ?
3. In worst case if trial court (judicial magistrate) ask to deposit passport, where should I file appeal ? (In DJ court or High court)
4. What are chances High court will permit travelling abroad ?

case ko 4 year complite ho gye abhi tak fariyadi ne bayan nh diye
mujhe apse puchhna hai ki mujhe ek surgery krwna hai surgery me mera gender change krwna hai mujhe female to male banana hai . doctore to agree bhi hai surgery ke liy. es surgery se meri identiy bh change ho jygi naam or adhar card etc
kya me es case ke chalte ye surgery krwa skt hu
es surgery ko krwane ke liy mujhe court se permission lena hg ya me direct surgery

whether in recovery proceeding of maintenance recovery warrent or any other warrent can be executed befor the othe court where the other proceedings of the same parties are pending. Because in my recovery matter the non applicant is avoiding recovery warrent on his given address.
