Court has issued warrant in execution proceedings. My questoins are.
Will the court arrest them and put them behind bars for not obeying court order?
Shall I give application for issue of NBW now?

We are 6 decree holders in the same suit. We have filed execution petition against defaulters who are 20 persons.
On the crpc 200 application sworn in statement judge took oath of only one of us in the box. And took same persons sign but not all our signature.
Can you guess why judge did like that?

What is the procedure, when the accused person does not deliberately appear in NI case/trail despite issuance of several bailable warrant against him. Interestingly, though he executes bailable warrant issued against him. Any decided case laws.

Hello, i have a one court matter running under IPC 408, 420, 468, 471, 114 and IT 65, 66, 72. i am the main accused and other two accused. Opponent party is my cousin brother and we had settle the matter outside of the court by our family. Opponent Party did not settled the matter with other two accused and they are denying to do a settlement. But my cousin brother is ready to settle with me from court. So How we can settle the case from court between us only. Can we have an option from high court to settle this matter between us only and with other two accused, matter can continue.

I had filed a suit for Rs. 3600000/- being receivable against a debtor the judgement came in my favor. The accused in the given case filed before the sessions court after having lost before THE MM COURT. the accused than at the sessions court failed to pay the min amount and hence the sessions court ordered for issue of conviction warrant.
The conviction warrant is still not executed means that the person is unreachable. He had filed an appeal before the HC seeking stay against the conviction warrant.
The date was supposedly on 03.09.2019. However today the date changed from 03.09.2019 to 28.01.2020. the next date at sessions court is 24.09.19. The R AND P IS HELD at the MM COURT due to non execution of conviction warrant . Request you to kindly guide whether this case will go ahead on 24.09 or the time will be wasted.

Hello, I would like to learn more about this situation I'm finding myself in.
My father passed away recently and assigned me as the nominee of his bank account with balance say Rs 100.
Few days later after he passed away a deposit occurs into my fathers account, say an amount of Rs 20. Then, the owner of the account from where the money was deposited filed a police complaint that the transaction was fraudulent and that Rs 20 be returned back to him.
The police went ahead and froze my fathers bank account for investigation.
I would like to know, if it is legally allowed as per the law for the police to freeze the entire amount in my fathers account for which my father assigned me as the nominee? or the police can only freeze the Rs 20 for his investigation purpose. I would really appreciate anyone who can help me with the answer. Thank you so much in advance.

Recently police filed an ipc 170 ,406,419 and 120/B. Later on they realized that the officers are real. Now, they are not approaching the officers nor omitting the ipc�s . What would happen further in the case?
