Respected Sir/Madam,
Our Forefathers are belonging to ST (Kondh) caste and we are having 20 acres of land in Orissa, those lands were given to lease during 1970 and part amount Rs.3000/- have taken from the other party out of Rs.5000/-. After few years we have been asking them to handover the property to us by paying their amount, whereas, they have encroached the property and trying to change the documents by managing all officials. In this regard, our forefathers were engaged an advocate to get the support as they were illiterate (2nd Class Studied). The said advocate collected all original relevant documents from my forefathers and handed over to the other party including caste certificate original. Very recently we have applied for ROR patta in the district Sub-collectorate and found that the land is on the name of my forefather and the caste also mentioned as "Kondh" ST. Based on which we have applied for caste certificate at Tehsil Office, the respective Tehsildar is not accepting the application by claiming that we are not living in local. The Tehsildar informed the same message to other party and now the other party have filed a petition in Additional Land Commissioner that we have enrolled as BC caste in Andhra Pradesh after 1980s, as we do not have any proof of documents that as we belonging to the caste "Kondh".
Now our request is how to explain the answer to Additional Land Commissioner (in the Court) and also how to get the Caste Certificate as "Kondh".
Please suggest how to protect my Land from encroachment and how to approach ST Commission,
Thanking you,
R Satyanarayana

Hi
Any help me for moot memorials.
Mr.Ramesh got admitted to first year of engineering in X Engineering College in the year 2008. The said engineering college is situated in the State of Karunadu and governed by the Karunadu University Act.
2. Mr.Ramesh completed the four years engineering course in the year 2012, but due to some difficulties he has not cleared all the subjects of engineering.
3.Mr.Ramesh approached the X College in the year 2017 for payment of examination fees in respect of the failed subjects.
4. The college authorities have refused to accept the payment of examination fees on the ground that as per the university rules, students have to clear all the subjects within 8 years from the date of admission and hence the request for payment of examination fees cannot be considered by the college. The college has issued an endorsement stating that the in view of university rules your payment of examination fees cannot be accepted.
6. Being aggrieved by the action of the university Mr.Ramesh filed a writ petition before the honorable High Court of Karunadu, challenging the rules.
The case is posted for argument, prepare the arguments for both the side and submit the memorials.

Hi ,
I am talking about situation where both the parents are India Citizen including Minor Child (Who has been born in India) , Now I (Father) want to take citizenship of Australia alone and not for my Child and wife.
However in Citizenship Act 1955 it is mentioned that any minor child will also lose Citizenship which in this case is interpreted as my Child will become stateless ??
What will be the Citizenship of my Child If I alone renounce my Citizenship since I want to have him Indian Citizenship only and how India lwa handles such cases based on Citizenship act 1955.
