Kindly advise me on the following query which may be usefull to the public at large :
1. Can a person enroll as a voter in the electoral roll with two different addresses in delhi ?
2. Can such a person vote from both the addresses in the elections ?
3. Is it legal if he votes from both the addresses in elections ?
4. What criminal and civil actions can be taken against such person and by whom ?
5. Who can lodge the FIR / complaint against such person and under what sections of the IPC ?
6. Can a common man lodge a complaint /Fir against such person ?
7. How much punishment will he be given if he is convicted by the court in the case ?

Under what section of Allahabad high court rules I can get my writ petition transfer d fro a particular Judge who happens to be the senior of the opposite counsel. the matter is pending in this court since 15 months and no proceedings had been recorded till date.?

My writ petition is pending before Allahabad High court and till institution 78 dates had been listed. matter tied-up now since 15 months case is not been heard for final hearing and disposal till date .shows favoritism. how can i get relief?
how can i get my writ transfered to some other court? under what section application can be filed?
Just guide me at earliest.

Dear sir,
One of my award stayed by allahabad high court is still pending since 02.02.2010.
counter, rejoinder had been exchanged. and the matter while releasing from one sitting Bench was transferred to other Bench as tide-up matter which is still pending before the Hon'ble court since 15 months and not a single proceedings had been recorded in spite of the case listing every week and has been listed before tide-up bench for more than 35 times ranging from serial no-4 to serial no48.
the court is not accepting the mention also.
It appears that the siting bench having opposite counsel being his favorite is not giving any ear to see the evidence provided.
what is the effective remedy before me to get the case heard.
Under which section i can file transfer application before chief justice to get my case transfer d to some other court.?
also please suggest me the effective remedy.
as early as possible.
the entire award is stayed and the application for 17-B is also pending since 26 months.

A bank locker is the ideal place for a terrorist to keep his arms or stock RDX. None is supposed to know what is kept there inside the lockers.In my view more black money is kept inside the bank's lockers than stashed in swiss banks.
What is the exact law of the land which prohibits banks to know the contents being kept inside the banks' lockers.
Is it a question of right to privacy-right to keep RDX, unaccounted for cash or gold/jewelries inside bank lockers? Is it the fundamental right?
What exactly the rule position?

I am having a saving account in a bank and i had complained about the bank to RBI ,The bank had no telephonic contact information of me but then also they contacted me via my mobile number ,All i need to ask it a Violation of privacy of an individual..
