my name is ankur.currently staying in bangalore.i want to apply for passport urgently.im staying here in pg from last 4months.in all my documents i have given gorakhpur address of my home town.i cnt go to my hometown nd apply for passport,i want to apply from banaglore.how to do?? i dnt have address prove also as im staying in pg.
one more prob is the permanent address which i hv given in my all documents s chaged nw. plz help me to solve this issue.
im working in cognizant if i wont get the passport within 1 month then it will be problem for me.
plz help me as soon as posible

Sir, it has been a tradition of our country that people start studies and get to a job...nd if not successful then they move towards opening institutions or setting up other businesses. But I've a desire to be a private tutor of Competitive English for Banks/SSC/Rly and other Competitive Examinations. I've done my graduation and now pursuing my post graduation. I want to establish an institution of English. Show me a right way that I can follow up towards my mission - registration, taxation and the remaining things you better explain. Please do explain the criteria of teachers qualifications needed for a particular course teaching.

If a state aided educational institution revokes a person's allocation or admission which is consider as lgpt led to violation of his fundamental rights? Like art 14,15 and art 21?

I want to seek advise advise about letter petition. Is affidavit necessary in it, what should a laymen do when his affidavit is refused to be attested by oath stating absence of lawyer. Do such petition can be submitted by hand or are required to be send through post only.

In many cases, the High Court is used to pass an order to deposit certain percent of the disputed amount and grant stay on execution of demand notice.
My query is under what authority, the High Court pass such order. Is it Extraordinary jurisdiction of High Court?
Can the order of High Court be challenged in Supreme Court by filing SLP?

sir,
i have been appointed to central govt company, time of interview comapny had taken undertaking that i do not have higher qualifications that basic graduation, indtead of i am having post garduation i have given undertaking that i do not have post graduation degrees.
now after my job confirmation i have been given certificates for incorporation.
but focmany issued me showcause notice under suppression of fact.
kindly advice, right to education is my fundamental right what ever qualification i have that is my interest, undetaking obtianed by me is agsint fuandmanetla right

change in bussiness
im from kerala.im running a mens textile shop
. i want to change the bussiness to a mobile
shop .landlord has filed eviction petiton in the
court .so i will not get the consent from
landloard to change the bussiness.andfor starting a mobile shop license is needed from municipality.and municipality will not give license without the landlord consent for starting mobile shop.but i have a kerala high court writ petition judgement in one case that the holding over tenant can do any legally permited non hazardous bussiness in the shop and change of user is not a problem and the municipality cannot ask for landloard consent for the issue of licence.
my question - is this judgement sufficent to get license from municipality or do i have to go to the high court of kerala with a similar writ petition aganist municipality for granting me license on mobile shop
