Hi,
We are living in Mumbai since my father's birth i.e. before 1945. We are Indian by birth and our ancestors too. Infact our ancestors are from Gujrat, India. Now what I have understood from home ministers speech that every Indian Muslim needs to prove their parents were staying in India post independence but before 1951.What I need to do? What all documents would be required to be submitted? Please advice.

2.What does it mean if case is put under" specially ordered case".

I have written a common written exam for the post of Junior accounts officer in telangana state, the exam was conducted by northern power distribution corporation ltd(TSNPDCL). It's a state govt power sector psu.
I want to know the cut off marks for oc and bc categories, can I file rti for this.
If yes then under which dept of Central govt these state govt managed power sector psu will come or
As the issue is related to recruitments is there any saperate dept for that
Simply which dept /ministry to be selected in my case as the company is state govt owned
Please help me, plzz

We have formed the society as on 05/05/2019, later we bought a stamp paper 01 Jul 12019 and registered the association as TN societies registration rule 1978. While we have initiated the account number creation in Bank , the legal team raised query on formation date is earlier than stamp paper .
Can you please advise is there any legal problem on the same , if yes please advise the solution

Or is it illegal if a female expert therapists doing massage to male customer

I were member of Paramilitary force since 16 yrs. During continuing Posting in militancy area like J&k , Assam . I felt down in psychiatric illness. Then having 80% disability invalid out from service. But my pesion sanctioned with ccs pension rule 1972 (38)
Instead of Extra ordinary pension.
Can i filed a case for EOP (disability pension) also how much chance ......

I receiving Invalid pension wef Aug.2018 with CCS Rule 38 (1972). Now i am traying to file case for disability pension (CCS EOP). my query if i filed court case for disability pension then invalid pension which is paying me every month is continuing or stopped by department till final of judgement.

I am a post graduate in arts (MA in literature) and I have been working in a CA firm since the year 2008. Accordingly, I have more than 10 years of experience in the area of financial accounting, income tax and GST. Now, I wish to start my own accounting firm, where I will provide my service in the area of my experience (i.e. accounting , income tax and GST consultancy).
Now my query is, as an arts graduate, am I legally eligible to provide such service or is it illegal in the eyes of law i.e. where an arts graduate is providing service in the area of accounting and tax.

I claimed a case against Teachers recruitment board and won the case. Judgement given to give appointment but they did not follow the order so I claimed condom case, TRB filled a appeal against me on double judge court and the case was dismissed by judges,. I wish to know how my case will further move on?
