Gifted property - can it be revoked by anyone

My grandfather have 2 son and 2 daughter. He wanted to give one property each. But one son is not agreeing to that. So he has gifted(unconditional) one property each to his 2 daughter. All property are earned by my grandfather 50 years back when his sons and daughter were kids..
We are confused now whether "there is any possibilty for my uncle to appeal against the gifted propertry"
If so please let me know the section under which it can be revoked.

Land earmarked for road not transferred to municipal corpn. by builder

Sir
From: Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh
1) We are tenants (50) of an Appartment residing in five floors.
2) Originally the land is an Agricultural land. Our builder is having only cart track way in it.
3) He GOT PLAN APPROVED FROM THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WITH 33 FEET WIDE ROAD IN FRONT OF OUR APPARTMENT AND built the Appartments in one side of the land and kept rest of the land with himself.
4) Our builder has registered the flats to all of us by showing 33 feet road (in the sale deed as well as in the plan) in front of our Appartment.
5) But he did not transferred the land to Municipal CORPORATION TILL NOW in writing.
6) Now the Municipal CORPORATION is not developing the road in front of our Appartment like laying of BT road etc. on the plea that the builder has not transferred the land.
7) Please show a way. How to convince the Municipal Authorities. Is there any specific Rules or any so in this regard.

8) THE BUILDER WITH A MALAFIDE INTENTION IN ORDER TO GRAB MORE LAND (TO THE EXTENT HE LEFT AS ROAD 33 FEET WIDTH) HE DID NOT TRANSFERRED THE LAND TO MPL CORPORATION
Thanking you.

Car parking in co-operative housing societies.

Dear sir,

I would like to know whether cars which are not mumbai registration can such members park their cars in society compound where actually members having mumbai registration cars find it difficult to park due to insufficient space in the society.

Are there any rules where society needs to give priority to park mumbai registered cars and thereafter if any space left can allow to park cars which are not mumbai registered.

Thanks

Time limit for appeal : extention

My friend lost a case in District court. The decision of arbitrators in the case is against him. He wants to challenge it in upper court. The time limit for filing appeal is 90 days. Currently the vacations are going on. Courts are on vacation. The advocate of my friend said that as the courts are on vacation, we can appeal in 120 days. But I am suspicious about the advice. I am in taxation field and know little about the procedures in Civil Courts. Please guide me whether the advice given by my friend's lawyer is correct or not and what should be done if it is wrong. Delay condonation application is not adviceable procedure in my opinion.

Birth certificate

Dear Sir/M'am,
I was born in Ranchi (Jharkhand) in 1984 and my birth certificate was submitted to the kindergarten while admission, upon going to St.Xavier's School the kindergarten issued a Transfer Certificate (like Migration) on which the DOB was stated, based on that it has been the proof of my DOB and after passing matriculation (ICSE) in 2000 that has been accepted as proof of DOB all over India. Even my PAN Card, Passport, etc show that. Now I've suddenly got a scholarship to go in Germany. But the German Authorities NEED me to submit a Birth Certificate. Since my family has relocated to Durgapur in West Bengal in 2006, we don't have any more links or address in Ranchi. Could someone guide us how to get a Birth Certificate from the SDO Office (Kutchery Road) in Ranchi.
Many many thanks in advance!
Sincerely,
Partho Halder
