Since childhood my mother made it clear that she preferred her sons to me (her daughter).
I got 2nd hand treatment with food, clothes, living space.
My father died when I was 18 and it got worse-she just wanted me to get married and get out of the house.
She stopped cooking for me and cooked only for her sons and I spent many nights hungry but too tired to cook for myself.
Within a year she transferred property in my father's name to herself. I was still in shock and signed without realizing the significance.
A couple of years later one night at 10 p.m after one more put down I just fled the house unable to bear the mental torture.
I stayed at a friend's place and then moved into a P.G.
No one bothered to check how I was doing.I heard from friends that my brothers were letting it be known that I would come crawling back in no time.
But I managed to survive on my own.
My father owned 4 or more properties and my father died while serving as a government officer. We were collecting rent from tenants when I left.
Two years ago -after 13 years my mother contacted me and gifted me a site. Nothing was mentioned about the properties my dad owned and which she transferred to herself.
Now my brother has sent me a letter asking me to bear 1/3 of my mom's medical expenses. (under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007)
This is deep injustice since my brothers and mother have happily done away with the family wealth and now expect me to pay for my mom's welfare when she was the one who booted me out.
I dont have any documents to prove what happened since I just got booted out at 10 pm.
Can I defend my rights in any way? Pls dont ask me to consult a lawyer -I did that when I got booted out and got nothing except a fat bill.

In a civil case after submitting evidence plaintiff is continuously absent for his cross examination. If Court decides it as nill what is position of defendant. How can we take advantage of it.

The applicant filed specific performance case for a piece of land in which applicant entered into into registered agreement to sell paid 10 lakh advance and 4 lakh after one year at the time of execution of saledeed.
Seller didn't returned so specific performance case.
Court award degree order to seller to take balance 4 lakh and execute saledeed.
Filed execution for same prayer but court told that it can't understand the prayer and asked to tell the mode how to execute the degree by way of imprisonment or land detained.
The applicant filed adjournment to understand what court wants but court disposed execution under o21r17 for non compliance.
Now I want to ask if same execution be restored or fresh execution or revision at high court.

I have filed civil suit for partition in 2005 of 85 kanal
Preliminary decree in 2012 ( of gair mumkin 17 kanal property only )
Appeal against same and which later on decided in my favour in 2016
Filed application for issuance of final decree in 2016
LC report came in 2022 which shows more gair mumkin property I.e 52 kanal
I withdraw that application with new application for passing supplementary preliminary decree under new scenario of construction to avoid multiplicity of suits and liberty was given to come back and file it again if my application will not be allowed
Now the application for passing supplementary preliminary decree is dismissed by Civil judge senior division and that order is only dismissal of application without any decree sheet
So what to file against that order revision before high court or appeal before district judge and tell me what law of cpc allows it?

Vikram Kesari Das executed a promissory note and the lender filed is a suit for recovery basing on promissory note but Vikram Kesari Das did not filed written statement and set expected and the court passed experte degree against him. Vikram's father Dudister Das and his brother Dharma Das purchased indivudual sites through a un-registered sale deed and both constructed independent houses in their sites. Since many years both families left the village and even Dudister Das had no knowledge of the case. The plaintiff attached said house property and brought it for auction and the court conducted auction. later dudister das came to know that his house put to sale and the court delivered the possession to the auction purchaser. After getting the knowledge of the same the defendants Dudister Das has filed a petition under order 21 rule 59 and section 151 or CPC in June, 2025 but the court returned the same on 29.09.25 stating that there is no maintenability of petition after the auction sale has been conducted and objection period was expired , and dudister das's counsel taken the returned file on 04.11.2025. Here another twist also there, the staff of the court physically delivered the adjacent house (Dharma Das's house) of Dudister Das to the auction purchaser and the auction purchaser locked it. Now what is the remedy available to the defendants father Dudister das who is the real owner of the house. How he can approach and protect and get back is property ?? Can he move directly to high court? If so under what ground. Whether Dudister das can file another petition U/o21 rule 90.....

I am jayamma my father correct name is jayappa in my school record my father nam mentiobed as gopallappa as in the year of 1968.. I was studied.. Till 8 standard and discontinued.
Now m age of 57 years.. I need to change my father name as jayappa....my father nam in pan card and proprty documents corectly stated as jayappa...
What is the limitation for corecting my father name..
Can i file declaration suit

Dear Experts,
My Uncle and his family is living alone in our ancestral property since 30 years.my father are 5 siblings. Now my father and other brothers want their share in property.My uncle who has possession of the property denied to give share to other brothers.He stated that he was living in this property since 30 years and paying all the taxes like municipality etc and has a all property rights alone. My query is that can my father and other brothers can file partition suit to get our share.

Does the act apply to Private Schools aided/ not aided which are already running before the introduction of the Act.
Do such schools also have to Register themselves as Educational Agency as defined in the Act.
