Difference Between Surrogate & Representative ?
Representative - One who represents, or stands in the place of, another.
Surrogate - Substitute to put in the place of another, especially as a successor; replace.
So which one is more good while drafting any legal documents.

Dear Members,
My Grand Parents died in 1980 leaving behind 3 sons & 2 daughters. Thereafter, my father & his two brothers executed partition Deed dated 23-03-1999 and shared equally of 3 acre of their ancestral property at Karnataka.
Two daughters had got married before partition Deed and leaving WITH their husbands at different location of Karnataka.
Let me know that as per the Karnataka High Court Division Bench Hon'ble Judges Shri.N.KUMAR & GOPAL GOWDA, held that as per Hindu Succession Act section 6 - on or before (cut off date) 20-12-2004 whatever partition deed executed before 20-12-2004 it cannot be revoked.
I thin it is pending before Hon'ble Apex Court.
Please tell me that whether our partition deed can be challenged or revoked by our father sisters in the court of law.
Thanks for urgent reply

X has got Decree against Z directing him to execute a Registered Sale Deed in favour of X.
1. If Z dies, whether X can execute the Decree against LR's of Z ?
2. If Y dies, whether LR's of Z can execute the Decree against Z or his LR's ?
Please give your opinion.

Under Sec. 58(f) of the Transfer of Property Act, a mortgage by deposit of title deeds can be made only in the city of Madras, Bombay and if notified by the states. In NCR, all banks are mortgaging the title deeds though the cities are not notified so far as i found no notification particularly for Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar. How will the said mortgage will become enforceable in the absence of any such notification. Or is there any way to find out the notifications if any.
Thanks.

SUpreme Court Judgment
Hon: Supreme COurt passed a judgment favoring society that stilt parking cannot be the property of the society.
What next step the society do to implement the judgment to take over the stilt parking from members who have bought illegally?
If society goes against the Judgment can it be contempt of court.
If members oposes the judgment, can I approach the co-op COurt or civilcourt ot high court.
Pl suggest next step.
