common well dispute

A and B jointly enjoyed common well which was owned by both. But B get new commercial Service connection from Eb department and using said connection and ercted new motor and bail out water to his other part of land situated at another S.F. without permission from A. What relief A to disconnect the New service connection of B, Any latest citations avaliale ?

non payment of personal loan

Dear sir

I have taken a personal loan from ICICI bank Amt Rs 2,70,000 of total instalments are 48 out of which I paid 22 & I am not able to pay 5 instalments.I am now in a jobless position.I want to pay the instalments.But My financial position in worse.The bank has sent 2 legal notices at my house of which My mother refused to accept that.Pls guide me how can I move further

correction in decree and plaint

suit for partion decreed before lok-adalath. But in the plaint name of the father of the defendant has been wrongly mentioned as ramappa insted of bheemanna. The same has been mentioned in the compromise decree. Thereafter while changing khatha the said mistake was came to our knowledge. How to correct the said mistake. Please advice me. It is immortant know that the compromise held before the lok-adalat.

One realtor layed panchayat layout entered agreement with the landlord .landlord directly registered the land to the realtor customers dispute arose between land lord and realtor. Land lord not given the possession to the realtor customers what type of suit to be filed?and how to resolve the dispute?How to take the possession by the realtorustomers?
