Dear sir,An employer promised to pay 5k salary and 8% commission to his employee ,after 2 years he neither paid the salary nor paid the commision.Now the employer bluntly says he doesnt pay him any thing as there is no documentary evidence.sir, What the remedy in civil and criminal for recovery of salary and commission on more than 2 crores turnover by this employee.

My husband died of cancer about 6 months back. He underwent treatment/hospitalisation in AIIMS for just about about two months prior to his death. Before dying he applied for reimbursement of medical expenses as he had a mediclaim policy. The TPA company has been informed of his death but inspite of knowing of his death twice they have sent cheque in my husband's name for half the the claimed amount, which have been returned as his bank accounts have been closed down. Moreover they are not reimbursing full claimed amount (Rs. 20000.00 only) I am feeling harrased by the TPA/Insurance company for last six months. Where can I go in south delhi area to complain against them or file a case against them. For this small amount I cannot pay a lawyer's fee.

Respected Experts, our apartment contains twelve flats.the common building fund is managed by two member committee which is not registered.now one major expenditure is required but the duo committee member is avoiding to show the balance in public eg.savings bank account passbook&fixed deposit certificates.other members are not taking initiatives.now how can I proceed alone to make them bound to show the balance in public?pl.advice Regards

IN A CONTEMPT CASE THE ASST. CITY PLANNER HAS MISGUIDED THE HIGH COURT THAT THE CORPORATION HAS STOPPED THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION BEFORE THE ORDERS OF THE HIGH COURTS ORDER OF STAY OF CONSTRUCTION.(FEB 9TH 2010 WAS THE DATE THEY ISSUED A NOTICE TO STOP THE CONSTRUCTION, BUT AS THE CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING WE HAD APPROACHED THE HIGH COURT AND OBTAINED A STAY OF FURTHER CONSTRUCTION ON 5TH MARCH 2010)
IF THE CONSTRUCTION WAS STOPPED, HOW CAN THE PARTY WHO MADE IRREGULAR AND UNAUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTUIN APPLY FOR REGULARIZASTION ON 4-10-2010.
HE ALSO STATED IN THE COUNTER AFFADAVIT THAT THE OPEN BALCONY (WHICH ARE IN THE COMMON AREA OF THE TERRACE) IS BEING USED BY THE PARTY AND NO OTHER INMATES OF THE APARTMENT ARE USING THE SAME.
DOES HE MEAN IF ONE DOES NOT USE A PART OF THE COMMON AREA HE LOOSES THE RIGHT TO THAT PARTICULAR AREA.
DOES HE HAVE THE AUTHORITY OR JURISDICTION TO MAKE THIS OBSERVATION.
DOES ALL THESE BRING THE ACP (TP) TO FURTHER CONTEMPT OF CASE.

i have executed an agreement of rent of a shop between the tenant and landlord shop situated in Punjab state , The monthly rent of shop is fixed rupees 2000/ per month between the parties . The time period of agreement is 11 months . I have executed the rent agreement on 3rupees stamp paper , agreement is unregistered but signed by 2 witnesses , Rent agreement on 3 rupees stamp paper is valid in the eyes of law ,

i need advice ,
my friend tavera vehical got accident , driver died and also one passanger died, vehical capacity is 6 + 1 , vehicle weight is 2400 kg , damage done is 12 lac , vehicale was yellow board, driver was having LMV licence ,
district consumer forum dismissed the complaint by saying time of accident driver not having valid licence ,
now i want to file appeal please help me and give me some citation

Dear all,
I have the following query, I am planning to buy one site. Which has all proper deeds with it.. How ever in sale deed of my seller, First page property decription is proper, in the second page when property flow is describer instead of 154/2 which was old survey No, 154/2B which is new survey number is shown, and in the schedule of property also the property description is proper. Does this need rectification ? please answer.
In breif
in 1970 Survey No 154/2
in 2004 Survey No is divided into 154/2A and 154/2B,
site is in survey No 154/2A
First page of document says site xx at survey No 154/2A schedule says site xx at Survey No 154/2A but in the property flow document its shown as bought suvery No 154/2B in 1970. it should have been 154/2 bought in 1970.. Does this need rectification ?

The Judge of the court in which my matter is pending has met with a serious accident and has not come to the court since a month.
