The reply / information received vide above mentioned letter is as follows –
"The information sought is a third party information and will infringe the privacy of the individuals concerned , and hence denied u/s 8 (1)(j)of RTI Act.

1. What should I do to get the required information as per my Performa attached which PIO has denied quoting section 8(1) (j) of RTI Act. However the PIO has written to go for appeal. Can I get the required information from the Appellate Authority or he will also cover the information by taking the shelter of the said section.
2. The PIO has denied the information which however related to the applicants for dealership of Petrol Pump outlet but the frontage of land offered by each applicant was measured by representative of the BPCL co. and the marks allotted are also awarded by Selection Committee of BPCL.co. and the this information is being hide by the PIO taking the shelter of section 8 (1) (j) of RTI Act. The reason behind not supplying the information is suspicious.
3. Is this the act of arbitration of the part of BPCL co. and PIO.

Revocation of Settlement Deed(Dhana Settlement)

My grand mother registered a settlement deed for myself & my brother after my fathers death with a provision that it is not revocable at any stage. But due to some family problem she is now threatening us that she is going to cancel the settlement deed. But in the deed it is clearly mentioned that it is not revocable.

The property is owned by my grand mother only and it is not inherited. I heared that the settlement deed is revocable unilaterally without the knowledge of the claiments whether it is possible or not. Please give the appropriate answer. Thank you...

recovery suit

We were appointed dealers to sell tractors in 1999.A letter was issued that we are authorised dealers for sales service and spares.supply resumed and we were alloted dealer code also.after six months supply suddenly stopped.Letters were issued to despatch tractors as stock was nill and advance money was sent to the suppliers. As no response was received and notice was sent to suppliers for losses incurred on manpower salary and rent etc. No response was received so a suit for recovery was filed which was decreed with interest. An appeal by suppliers in session court was also dismissed and RSA in high court was also dismissed in 2011.We have received the whole decretal amount with interest as per court order. My question is Can we file a suit to recover damages as no notice of termonation of dealership was issued. This point was taken into consideration at High court also.We were issued a certificate of dealership only and dealer code was alloted. No agreement was signed by the company with us. As we suffered heavy losses due to non supply of tractors and spareparts we were thrown out of business and our reputation and goodwill was damaged. Kindly suggest our course of action now
