my adjusant site owner constructed the house in his site while construction he encroached my two feet sites after three years i come to know that encroachment , due to that encroachment i am getting ventilation problem , how can i remove that building which is already constructed in my site .

to purchase the revenue sites what are the precaution i have to take,
i am interested to purchase the site in banglaore , site status is revenue ,
can revenue sites be registed ,owner is saying he we make registration work ,
should it mandatory to take BDA NOC ,
can it possible to use that site for residential purpose with government permission

what's R&R ?
in my perjury application in civil suit of other party, the otherside file written statement and judge has put o_____R&R then date and signed by judge.
in W.S otherside admitted commission of perjury and pray for forgiveness.
last date after new judge join he heard me and my application of perjury and there say. and said i'll decide first perjury on next date and then proceed in matter for further.
kindly clear me what's R&R written by preious judge after other side file say and copy given to me.

my mother was done love marriage with my father ,now my father is no more , but my fathers mother (grand mother)had one site which is gifted by my grand mothers father , now my fathers mother (grand mother) going to gift that site to her daughter , was my father is not entitle to get that portion of site ,now my fahther is no more , how long me and my mother is entitle to that site .

Whatis the legal validity of one or all of the procedings which have taken place when the court which itself did not have jurisdiction to try a certain type of suits ?2)if plaint is returned to the plaintiff then can the defendant seek his reply to be returned to the defendant from the court which did not have jurisdiction?3)what is the remedy available to the defendant in such a situation to correct if he has commmitted some mistakes in his reply in the court with out jurisdiction?

Need urgent advice..
My father in law has 20 guntas land in Bangalore, Karnataka, but all records like RTC shows as Agriculture land. The land now comes under BBMP jurisdiction. However, my father in law developed and constructed houses in 20 guntas long back, with approval of Garampanthi Village. I wanted to confirm whether Can we get Katha for all houses or we need to convert the land from Agriculture to residential or can we pay betterment charges for getting kahta. Please advice how can I go ahead. What should I do further to get Kahta...
