which is the most important and relevant book for Civil Procedure Code n Criminal Procedure Code? I know d recommended readings but I want to knw the most relevant one.

There are many good books on CPC and CrPC. What do you mean by recommended reading and most relevant? If you mean good commentaries, you may go through the commetaries published by AIR, Sarkar, Cr.P.C by Sohni,CPC by Mulla etc.

Besides commentaries of AIR, books of SARKAR, SAHNI, SAHA and MULLA are good.
