my mother gets share from her mother's self earned property . will all the grand children get a share from that property or my mother has the right to sell or gift to anyone of the on her own wish
Sir, I Ravi, Age-27 R/o Mahabubnagar, submit that, My father has murdered in 2001. My mother is one of the accused (A3) in the case, since our father's death we are not living with her and she was absconded to court trails since July 2003. Hence the court was splitted case in October-2005 and run against A1 & A2 and disposed off, A1 & A2 acquitted. Since our father is an Govt. employee we have still did not get any pensionary benefits due to her absence. As she is not living with us we have not filed any FIR in Police station, however the Police submitted their non traced report to the Court. Basing on the report court splitted the case. I have obtained the Warrants issued, Judgement copies from the court as certified copies which reveals that she was absconding since July-2003 and not traced so far. Therefore I request you sir kindly give me suggestion that, how to get the Declaration of Death from the court and whom I have to get be parties and how much time it will be takes. Thanking you,

One civil case is pending against me and my family since the last 8 years in a Civil Judge (Sr.Div) court. One of the Sub-ordinate of that court, is still in possession (Encroacher) of my own land through his maternal uncle..and that uncle was also a retired High Court Employee. So, both these uncle and nephew have arranged one of my relative and made it a issue in court. Both are now influencing judicial process..And ALL THE SUMMONS WHICH WERE SENT TO US...WERE SIGNED AND RECEIVED BY US...AND ONE SUMMON STILL NOT ISSUED ...AND CASE IS DELAYING DUE TO THIS REASON SINCE THE LAST 8 YEARS. MY LAWYER has also nexus with them. Due to Return of Summon and Non-receipt of Summon case is still pending. Here My Question is
1) How to expose these legal professionals who are delaying this judicial process by interfering and influencing the laws...also obstructing the summon process and destroying the summon return reports and acknowledgements.....??
2) What is the law related to Summon...and how can a case remains pending in a Court since the last 8 years just becos of Summon not Served..??

In a LE suit in small cause court in Mumbai the plaintiff's suit is dismissed for not filing evidence for 2 years and for not being present in court for most of the dates.
Can plaintiff move application for reinstating / reviving the suit? Can we object on the following grounds?
1. That these are all delaying tactics as plaintiff cannot prove that he is owner/ landlord as he does not have evidence
2. Can we insist that correct stamp fees be paid befor reinstating/ reviving the suit.? The stamp fees paid are just a fraction.
3. Any other suggestion on how we can object as the LE suit has been filed just to harrass and make us spend money. Unfortunately courts do not verify authenticity of suit, in this case, whether plaintiff is owner / landlord and if he has paid proper stamp fees.
Administrative delay
If the Chief Justice of a State High Court is deliberately delaying issuance of an appointment order for nine months even after completion of medical tests and character verification, who should I approach and through what procedure?
