the declaration of title and permanent injunction suit(LAND) has been filed.and plaintiff got exparte permanent injunction in the trial court since 7 years back case is still pending in the trial court.party's are unknown persons and advocate also not supporting.
Q1.SIR DIRECTLY CAN I APPROACH THE HIGH COURT FOR APPEAL AGAINST THE EXPARTE PERMANENT INJUNCTION? IF ANY CASE LAWS PLS PROVIDE SIR.
Q2.OR WE CAN FILE ORDER 9 RULE 13 WITH LIMITATION ACT IN THE TRIAL COURT ONLY.how many years limitation act valid.
PLS GIVE ME SUGGESTION SIR..

My Client is Govt. Servant. He was Injured in an accident. He had taken medical leaves of three month for his treatment.
My questions are -
Medical leaves taken by my client can be compansated inform of money?
What was the law regarding medical leaves can a Govt. servant avail?
how much leaves he can take?
what happen when all his medical leaves (presumed he has no C.L. and E.L.) has been finished and he has to take more leaves?

IF WOMEN DIED, THE RIGHTS OF HER PROPERTY GOES TO WOMEN'S KIDS NOT HER HUSBAND.
IF THERE IS NO KID THEN ONLY RIGHTS GOES TO HER HUSBAND.
IS IT TRUE OR NOT.
THERE IS ANY NEW AMENDMENT FOR THIS CASE.

the civil case has been instituted against me(DEFENDANT) which is for suit for declaration of title and permanent injunction.my advocate has not attended the case properly as the permanent injunction has been granted FOR EX PARTAE.
Q1.AT THIS STAGE WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW FOR SET ASIDE THE ORDER(C P C).
Q2.IS IT POSSIBLE TO GO FOR APPEAL AGAINST THE PERMANENT INJUNCTION.
GIVE ME THE SUGGESTION HOW TO CANCEL THE PERMANENT INJUNCTION WHICH WAS IN TRIAL COURT.

I am sorry for incomplete query, actual I want to know that : My friends younger brother has taken his father Service in Eastern Coalfields Limited on accidental Death case of his father, and while fulfilling the employment procedure he has to given an Affidavit and a Indemnity Bond that he will look after all his fathers dependent, i.e. his elder brother and his family and if he fails to do so the Management can deduct 50% his salary and award to his elder brother and he had submitted the said Affidavit & Indemnity bond to Eastern Coalfields Limited, but un fortunately now after taking the Service he refuses to look after his elder brother and his family.Please inform me about the legal procedure what to do.Is there any ground to file a court case and if yes what section it will attract to.
The age of the Elder brother is 40 years.

sir my friend purchased the land which was ancestral .the sale deed was executed in the year 1959 .in the sale deed the minor son of executant is one of the witness.the executant got the property from his father(NOT SELF ACQUIRED) by oral agrement.
Q1. THE EXECUTANT HAS ANY RIGHT TO SELL THE PROPERTY AND THE MINOR SON SIGNATURE IS VALID?
Q2. AFTER COMPLETION OF MINORITY THE SON NOT QUESTIONED OR DISPUTED THE SALE DEED.WHETHER THE THE SALE DEED IS VALID OR NOT VALID?.
Q3. AFTER THE DEATH OF WITNESS THE DESEASED SONS FILED A CIVIL SUIT .WILL THEY HAVE ANY RIGHT IN THE SAID PROPERTY SIR.

SIR, I GOT MARRIED IN A GURUDWARA BUT MY IN-LAWS HAS TAKEN THE SIGN FROM ME IN BLANK FORM AND MARRIAGE GOT REGISTERED IN AS SOLMNIZED IN TAMPLE. NOW I WANT TO FILE A SUIT FOR CANCELLATION OF MARRIAGE REGISTRATION AS IT WAS UNDER HMA AND WRONGE PLACE OF MARRIAGE WAS SHOWN IN THAT. AND WANT TO RE REGISTERED AS PER ANAND KARAJ ACT.
