We executed an agreement and was offered an advance while performing the sale agreement for the property. It was mentioned that it would be registered within 3 months which was not adhered to. What is the implication if one does not agree to go ahead for selling the property as per the agreement for the issue now lies in the court?
What would be the percentage of interest that one would have to pay for the money taken as advance while returning it back as might be approved by a court of law?

i had filed a complaint in Assistant Charity commissioner under section 37 of Bombay public Trust Act 1950 about the illegalities of the trust last year. But yet no enquiry/ invistigation have been initiated by the inspector/Assistant Charity Commissioner. The trust is running various schools and colleges and taking 100% grants from the governmnet.I'm the affected party. I'm an assistant teacher in the school run by the trust and i'm an affected person by the affairs of the trustees. Now can i file a writ petition in the High Court against Asstt Charity Commissioner for not taking action on my complaint? can i file a writ against the Board members of the trust simultaneously?

Respected Peers,
Are there any advantages in submitting written arguments. Also, is order 37, rule 2(3) of CPC absolute or the court has got discretion.
Breach of fiduciary duty
Respected Sirs,
I run export import agency, based in India.
I seek your guidance on my below issue:
I act as a international trading broker and agent, introduce buyers to my Principals who are sellers of agrocommoities, negotiate prices, conclude contracts, and get commission from Sellers after Sellers ship goods and receive their payment.
My Principals are based in Canada.
Recently my Principals have been contacting my Indian buyers without my knowledge and concluding business with them whom I had introduced earlier.
I introduced buyers to them on their assurance that they will pay me commisson for business they conclude with my buyers.
There is no written agency agreement with them.
I have received commissions in the past from them for some deals.
These introductions with buyers paves the way for millions of dollars worth of business to them.
I would like to know if by overlooking me and without my knowledge and going direct to my buyers, they commit breach of fiduciary duty and other legal provisions,
Kindly let me know if I can explore legal remedies.
And,
If I can build a case, where should I proceed against them - in Canada or India?
I will be grateful for your opinions.
