Dear sir,
In a Agricultural Canal in a residential locality, Sewage Septic tank outlets drains are added by municipality due to no alternative and neighboring citizen also add their outlets in canal .Water for Agricultural purposes under Water Pollution Prevention Act 1974, action if any can be taken against citizen alone leaving Municipality or it is compulsory to take action against municipality also or NO ALTERNATIVE AT ALL FOR BOTH.
UNDERLAW can anyone will be asked to do impossible things under the brand of so called Prevention of water Pollution Act 1974 ??

Dear Sir,
behalf of my fatherinlaw I'm posting this query please help ....
when Junior Civil Junior Judge don't attend to his duties such as Injunction in time , due to which as already damages to property of plaintiff done by Defendants. What is the best action which can be taken to punish judge for negligence in discharging his duties.
If any case laws please explain in detail....

I had purchased an agreecultural land by an unregistered agreement from party X and payment scheduled was twenty lac advance and rest amount before 10 june 2014. I execute an unregistered agreement to third person Y to sell this property and payment schedule was one lac advance & rest before 27 may 2014. I feel Mr y shall not make payment in time.There is a condition in the agreement that i will pay two lac to Y if not execute saledeed. The brokers of Y have taken one lac seventy thousand as brokerage and gave me receipt on the backside of photostate copy of agreement executed with Y.May i cancel the agreement with the person Y before the time given to him. pl suggest me soon.

Dear Sir,
I need your HELP to expedite a long lasting tenant eviction case being fought by my father since 1991.
My have already submitted the case in front of Honorable HC and Honorable HC has ordered to complete the case within 6 MOnths. However the said 6 months is also about to be over. My father is of the age of 80s and mother is of 78. I am an Ex Defence Person working at Mumbai, away from my home i.e. Kolkata. The tenant is staying at our home is greedy family staying since the 70s @ 75/- rent per month.
If you please guide us to complete the case immediately, my father can see the result and enjoy the benefit of tenant eviction prior leaving his last breath.

Can i file a bmc complaint when court case is going on rented house
This is a rented home evac case and i am defendant & owner is plaintiff.
The building is deteriorating and small slabs are falling and recently a decent size one fall on ground floor.
Can i complaint in BMC & firebridge for the same incident when the matter is in court for evac? Or instead i need to put this in front of court?
