Hi,
I worked in a MNC company...due to.my family issues I had to releive immediately. And I explained my situation to my manager and HR. They understood my situation and releived me. But they didn't provide me relieving letter as it was sudden releiving. And now I got offer from another MNC but they are asking my releiving letter.
What should I do...please give me your valuable suggestions.

I resigned without serving the notice period. I took maternity leave of 3 months but wanted extension of 1 month. Extension was not approved so I resigned without serving notice perio as my 2 months old child was not in good health. Company denied relieving letter that time. I have resubmitted the request for relieving letter now. Please advice if I could take any legal action to obtain my relieving document.

I am working as a LIC Underwriter. I just want to know that
Can any private or public company use CSR funds for buying endowment policies cum life insurance for the benefit of the employees or company itself?
As I suggest them for using such fund for the welfare of their employees as it will help them in retaining their employees for longer duration or they can use the maturity amount for the business growth in the future.
Kindly suggest, is it possible, if yes then how?

An employee newly appointed in a reputed travel company is working for one month without any weekly holiday and monetary benefit for working in weekly holidays ( Sunday). On asking for weekly holiday HR Manager told him , at present no leave will be allowed due to exigency of service . But in appoint letter there is clearly mentioned weekly holiday, Cl & other leaves.Even in restricted holiday , 26th January he was to attend duty. Is it possible ? What do rules say in this case?

Dear Sir,
I had taken car loan from Chola in 2006 (Rs. 315000). I paid the installments for two years. I lost my job and couldn't pay any more EMIs so they took my car away. The auctioned it without letting me know the auctioned amount and then told me that I need to pay them Rs. 68655. I informed them I am jobless and cannot pay.
Later they changed my loan status to written off and the same reflected in CIBIL. since 2012 the code used by them is XXX. I have tried my best to improve CIBIL Scores since 2011 an managed to get it from 500 to 650 in 5 years. Chola suddently changed the Due past day code to 900 from December 2015 and to my shock when I checked the CIBIL score this month it dropped to 589. I reported this to CIBIL but they said they cannot do anything. I emailed to Chola many time this month but there is no response.
I escalated the matter to CIBIL (all 3 levels) to Chola management, ROC and CLB. but there is no response.
Sir, Please help me what legal options do I have to proceed, so that I can get the CIBIL rectified.

Dear Sir
We have a private limited company in which shareholders are friends.
In a Pvt. Ltd. company having 6 shareholders, 5 with 15% and 1 with 25% shares, what is the power with each directors in case of dispute.
I have some questions.....
1. Can the 5 directors remove the 6th director as director (all the shareholders are directors).
2. Without information 5 shareholder canceled 6th shareholder partnership.....
i shall be very grateful if you could answer my queries as soon as possible
