hello friends,
i got a house in way of auction by successful bidding.they have executed sale deed in my name.i transferred all revenue records in my name but the auctioneers had not given me possession, so what is the procedure of getting possession?

Private trust engaged in microfinance at Tamil Nadu(target customers are lower income people) wants to develop secured loan product. they wants to lend against LIC bonds, savings bond etc., Is there any legal requirements to be satisfied by the trust to carry out this type of lending? I would be very thankful if anyone would guide me in this regard..

one pramoter group of a listed copmpany gifted their's shares to second pramoter group by making gift deeds and signed blank dipositary slips second pramoter group transfered these shares by depository in theirs demat account but there was not the faith intention for the first pramoter group all this done was keeping in dark the first pramoter group besides that the gift deed was not notarised on that date and the gift deed stamp was of rs 100 what would be the legal rights of the first pramoter group in this case

Pvt Ltd Firm Not giving share profit and salary
Dear All
I invested 50 lacs rupees in a pvt limited firm and became a director. I have 25% shares in my name how ever the MD of company has not given me any share in profit as well as directors salary. On scutiny of accounts i found that he along with other director siphoned about 10 LACS RUPEES for his personal use since may 09.
please advise what can I do to this company md and other director who happens to be relative of MD
