Can arbitration clause be invoked in case of general insurance after full and final settlement ?

when it is full and final settlement it is binding on the insurance co., after the settlement arbitration clause cannot be invoked.

In the given circumstances, when the account has been closed after making full and final settlement, no scope remains for arbitration. This clause is meant just prior to the settlement and not thereafter.
