Hi,
Recently I bought a car through a third party who deals with Banks for loans and Car dealers, I got connected with him while I was searching best deal for car online.
I was delivered the car and everything was fine but I mistakenly sign the loan agreement documents without feeling it properly and interest rate and amount columns were left blank. The loan amount to be taken is 2 lac on 8.89% but later I came to know he filled it with 2.2 lac with 9.26% and this information I came to know by his own, I started quarrel with him then but at that time the loan amount was not disbursed.
So I made a call to bank customer care and requested to cancel the loan and in this regard I sent an email to customer care of bank also mentioning that if bank disburse any amount then I would not pay any single penny as EMI.
But Bank passed the loan and 2.2 lac rupees credited to the dealer's account. Now I have the proof that in well advance I intimated to bank not to disburse the amount.
Now, Am I legally bound to pay the EMI of the loan?? inspite of I already intimated bank to not pay out any amount to dealer.
Now the dealer telling that the prize was fixed 5.7 not 5.5 and he is telling lie.
I am ready to pay EMI according to 2 lac which is justified but not for 2.2 and with higher rate of interest also.
Please help.

Dear sir,
We have started our company in 2011 and financed by sbh. Due to various reasons we couldn't pay emi to the bank and hence declared NPA. Later in May 2016 another person who has good profile from Canara bank has come forward to take over our company under mutually agreed terms and conditions written legally documents prepared by Advocate.
The commercial production of the company started from January 1,2017
We are 3 directors in the company and I hold 49% share, my partner hold 26% share and his wife holds 25% share. I'm also director and joint signatory of the account.
But by colluding with the bank our partner has disbursed the funds to non business related Accounts, bank also passed the cheques without my signature and later asking me to come and sign on the cheques.
Our partner has threatened us that he can harm us illegally and did man handling once to my father and sent men to home who behaved rude manner.
We went and spoke to the manager about illegal and unauthorized transactions and she said that we are following according to the resolution which is submitted by the company.
But I haven't signed on any Resolution or no Agm was conducted. Even after sending multiple letters to the bank there is no response from them.
Bank also removed my contact number from Bank database and am not getting any otp when transactions being made through net banking.
We are planning to file legal case and proceed through NCLT.
Kindly suggest what could be done and we are also thinking to approach cbi
Regards,
Nandakishore

What are the procedures to open a Non Profit NGO in India legally? How to legally raise some funds using crowdfunding and other viable methods? Our goal is to spread rational critical thinking among school and college students.

A limited company has not filed returns from year 2000. The status in reported as 'active' by ROC. Under what circumstances the company can remain active though the company is actually dormant. No one is even traceable at the company's address.
Why ROC keeps such company as active ?

I have a query related to creation of trust by a public limited Company and appointing its whole time directors as trustees.
One of the Company proposed to establish a trust for spending it's CSR expenses through a Trust created by that Company.My queries are;
1. Can the Company appoint it's MD and Whole Time directors as sole trustees of that trust?
2.Whether permission of shareholders of the Company is required for creation of Trust?
