Hi, please let us know that the running of Chit fund business without any license is acceptable if so upto what extent we can legally take the action on those who evade the regular payment of chit.

Can an lawyer give concession to opposition party with out the consent of his party which is against the act and shall provision in the act against the interest of his party?.
IN such an event can court remain silent when such concession given is against Shall Provision in the act?
Can any judge make a party suffer by delaying the case because the case is referred back to him to take a fresh look ( by writ Bench through Appeal), and he cannot do that as he has in the past accommodated a party violating a Shall provision?.
When a Judgement is not marked as publishable how to make an application to make such judgement to get Published?

Dear sir,
My parents has purchased a land in 1982 after that my parents entered into a partnership with my uncle( my mothers sister husband) only partnership in bussiness
my father was paralysed in 1990 after that my uncle brought a partnership deed with all immovable properties in 50 ..50 parternership and took signnator from my father.he has done a fraud( by making all additions to the original partnership deed he has included all our properties)
My father and mother are educated
But that partnership deed is not registered
now he wants all the properties in 50 percentage
and also he says that he has no orginal partnership deed which is signatured in 1992
he has only xerox copies if the partnership deed of 1992
can he file a case with that xerox copeies

I LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER THE REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES, CAN PROSECUTE A DIRECTOR UNDER SECTION 628 OF THE ACT WITHOUT INFORMING MINISTRY/HIGHER AUTHORITIES.
