I am giving loan to one of my friends Rs. 2,00,000 in cash.
Now what documents(like stamp paper/promissory note) i need to get prepared. Is it legally enforceable for repayment in case if he does not pay.
Please describe in detail.

Iam persuing graduation.... 3 years back i have signed on a promissory note for 20,000rs. which can be payable after my studies.... till i diddnt pay.... bcoz i didnt have any income...(iam studiying). but he filed a case on me... and sent me a lawer notice... but i didnt take it. then one of my uncle who s working in the court told that, court has issued arrest warrent on me..... is it possible of arrest warrent for this case??? and is there any remmedies against this problem??? please suggest me......

THIS IS THE CASE OF AN ACCOUNT WHICH WAS LABELED NPA BY THE BANK.
BANK HAS RECOVERED THE DUES BY AUCTIONING THE PROPERTY
CAN WE ASK THE BANK TO GIVE US A LETTER CONFIRMING RECEIPT OF SAID MONEY SO THE SAID AMOUNT CAN BE SHOWN IN THE BORROWERS CURRENT YEARS BALANCE SHEET AS PAID
THE AMOUNT RECOVERED BY THE BANK IS MORE THAN THE RESERVE PRICE.

Dear Sir,
With a request to address my undermentioned queries:
1. Can a Company lease its property to an Individual.
2. Can the individual further give the said property on leave and license basis to another company.
3. If the property is situated in the State of Kerala, can the Leave and License Agreement be executed in the State of Maharashtra, where the Licensor resides.

Bank unilaterally changes without consent the loan agreement repayment schedule from 15 years to 10 years and doesnot communicate to borrower the change and subsequently declares borrower as defaulter using the changed repayment schedule. There is no clause in loan agreement permitting them to do such changes.
Does the agreement become null & void because of this illegal change? What protection does borrower get?
