Can anybody please provide the provisions for the appointment of the Chairman of the Company (not of the meeting) like the appointment, duties, responsibilities means can he be on a safer side by appointing himself as chairman only and not as a Director. Please help it urgent. thanks

I am a guarantor and mortgaged my property with bank for a loan taken by friend who has a pvt ltd company,the company has defaulted in repayment. now my property in put to auction. How can i save or how can I get a stay order against the Auction by the bank. please help me.

Is there any route or any option to stop e-auction of property by a bank doing under sarfasi act for recovery.The said property belongs to a third party who stood as a Guarantor for pvt ltd company.please help and reply urgently.

Respected Experts,
With reference to above i just require: -
1. Negative list of Capital Goods in Rajasthan.
2. Input credit availability on capital good.
3. If point no. 2 is correct, than we can also revise VAT return of 1st Quarter of or not.
Is there is any Discrepancy on any level for availing Input Credit or revising return of sale please mention....

I WANT TO START THE MONEY LENDING BUSINESS IN MUMBAI. I WILL OBTAIN A MONEY LENDING LICENCE. CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN ME THAT THE MAXIMUM TENURE FOR WHICH THE LOAN CAN BE GIVEN. FURTHER CAN I TAKE THE REPAYMENT ON EMI BASIS.

In case there is incomplete performance of a contract can the Performance Bank Guarantee be invoked and impose liquidated damages for the loss incurred due to incomplete performance at the same time. Well I mean to say whether imposition of both is lawful for the same cause.

Kindly answer the following with relevant Legal Provision or RBI Circular:
Whether a Co-operative Bank give Loan to a concern where Relative of Director is a Guarantor? Does it tantamount to violation of RBI Guidelines?
