Hi,
I have given down payment for 2nd hand car and due to some reason need to cancel this deal.
Car owner is now refusing to return my money. What should i do????
As per proof i have my banks statement which shows cheque payment details.
Please advise me.

Hello Sir / Madam,
Am writing to know and get an opinion about a project, basically outsourcing their customer service to India, which is being expected to get outsourced to one of my friend. This project is sent from one of a international company. It appears that the product / service that the international company is offering to its customers is legal there in their country, however offering the same is illegal in India. However we are not doing the actual business as they do to their customers but supporting the questions from their customers. Will it affect in any way.. Looking forward to hear back and a valuable advise.

we have a start partnership firm last 2 years . we have a loan from friends and relatives with diff interest rate . while preparing the cma data , where this amount to show ? in "other term liabilities" or it will be the part of quasi equity ?

Hi Sir,
we have private limited company, we are 4 directors.me and my brother holding 60% of the company and other 2 directors had 20 & 20 %. So now one of director has getting projects from behalf our company and he didn't give any money to a company.instead he is getting own profits, he was not supporting the company.
Now I would like remove one director.. Another director was supporting him. What are options does I have to remove him. And what are the options oppose the board. Can we remove him with my 60% holding share(2 directors)..

Notice for winding up giving time for 21 days i.e. 3 weeks was given 1 year back still the debt is not paid by the company. so can i file a Windning up petition now without giving any notice? If yes provide citations too.

sir ,my query is that one partner(A) of regd firm retires from firm by giving written notice and business of firm taken over by other partner(B) but the other partner (B) is not paying this retired partner(A) capital credit balance as per financial accounts , what remedy is with this to recover amount , partner ship deed has arbitration clause in it ,a lawyer notice is also given to that partner(B) in this regard but he did not turn up he doesn't talk to him.
what legal remedy left to partner (A) .
