Hi, I want to open a call center for data entry job and also for U.S. Inbound voice process in Inida, Uttar Pradesh.
These days their are many consultancies providing Call Center process for a large amount of money to be paid to get the process.
I want to know from where or from which institution or body to be contacted to get these process and also the guidelines to be followed in order to open such offices here in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Please help in providing best and legal information for the same.

Sir,
A friend of mine had an agreement with a Private Limited Company on stamp paper but not registered, in which he invested rs. 20 lakhs and all area of Punjab was given to him. As per condition the if there was a direct sale from factory he would get an Over Ridding Commission ( O R C ) of 3 % other wise all small quantity sales was to be done by him as per companies price list which gave him around 5-7 % as margin.
Sir,In March End when my friend asked the company to give the O R C they did not give any also they stopped sending the material and started another distributor without terminating the agreement.
When my friend sent them legal notice they did not reply to them with in the time period.
Sir, now what action should be taken by my friend . Also can he complain in the Economic offense wing or Company law board,
Please help I would be highly obliged

in our bank a costumer have account of saving and two account of agricultural loan, in one agricultural loan account costumer has paid total loan amount and bank has issued no due certificate in name of costumer, then after costumer has release charge from revenue record from his all land, then after bank has came knowledge that costumer has not paid second loan amount so bank issued notice and set hold the saving account. bank can set his due amount from saving account ? and what other procedure bank can do ?

bank have set hold my saving account for repayment of my agricultural loan account for which the bank have given me No Due certificate. what can i do.

My client x filed summary suit against y for the recovery of payment for the goods delivered to him as he was not paying even after a continuous follow up
Therefore, judgement is in my clients favor now and Mr y had made the payment after the court's order with interest.
My query is that now my client is asking that weather i can file the suit for the compensation of recovery of money for the mental stress and loss of business from Mr Y which he suffered during the period?

Hi,
I am a stock trader working as a freelancer. I trade in futures and derivatives, commodities and currency and currently have a turnover of approximately 12 crores per annum. I want to register my business. I plan to employ a few people to help me in the market research in the future. I also have plans to trade in foreign markets in the future.
Should I start a sole proprietorship company or a private limited company? Is it advisable to register through a lawyer or one of the many online registration firms who register a private ltd company for around 15K?

Dear Friends,
Recently I had paid an advance of Rs.10000/- to take up the franchise of pre-school at Mysore but soon after that I got transferred to Bangalore and at this moment I found it difficult to start the same at Bangalore and continue my work as well. So I have requested them to refund the advance but they said it cannot be done. I find its morally not correct as-
1.They no where initially either mentioned in the brochure/mail/verbally that this amount is non-refundable...
2.I had not chosen/blocked any particular area in Mysore, so that they lost any customer out of it...
3.Since its just an advance from my side, they have neither invested a single rupee on me nor my initial confirmation has caused a loss of even single rupee to them...
So I personally feel their attitude was against their business ethics and although the amount is small, I wish to fight for that if you feel I am right on this...So please give your opinion on this...?

Recover of amount from debtors
my brother ' s business has a substantial amt to receive from his debtors from xyz co . This co . is not paying amount since last 5 years . even this co has not paying amt to others parties also . we have tried all the best communication to the higher level of mgt of co . It seems they do willfully . kindly suggest concert solution , to recover the amt of trade receivable ?
They have sold our stock in trade .
pl suggest the way to sort out .
