Sir i have started a small manufacture and trading business ,now if i buy some machine from one company and sell to other company,
i don't have any VAT TIN no and also CST no ,
i just have a pan card no.so if i want to give invoice to other company
If i make my invoice in which i write only pan no and no vat and no cst then is that invoice valid (my turnover is less then 5 lac because it is new business)

If a tour Operator(Registered in mumbai) books Hotel accommodation in J&K then whether service tax is leviable on it?also as per which rule of Place of provision rules,2012.
Whether Tour operator would be considered as an "Intermediary"[Rule 2(f)of Place of provision rules,2012.]
Whether it would be covered under Rule 9 or Rule 8 of Place of provision rules,2012.(assuming that the tour operator is providing Main service).

I have a registered partnership firm with valid partnership deed and current account in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. My partner wants to leave the firm, whereas I want to continue the firm.
Plz guide
* How to dissolve his partnership?
* What stamp paper is required?
* Can it be done from any other state in India?
* Who all are required for any physical presence(if applicable)?
* Can I alone run a partnership firm(legally)?
* What about running Current-Account.

Pls suggest me how can i register a complaint against a company in consumer court. Should i pay any fee there? What is the procedure? Importantly, Should anyone need a lawyer or advocate to file case or anybody can file on its own.
Pls suggest me of this query ASAP pls.

1. Is Managing Director of a Company incorporated under Companies Act, 2013 a statutory post?
2. What formalities should be completed to give charge of this post in a Government Company to an official of the concerned administrative ministry?

Dear Ma'am/ Sir,
We are purchasing a running business from a private Ltd. company and the company is defalter in service tax, ROC & Income tax Act.
Therefore we have changed the nomenclature of transaction;
WE have taken a bill of Movable tangible assets on Letter Head of Company and signing a SALE DEED for purchasing Brand Name of the Business and restricting the company for not doing same kind of business with the same name in future.
Hence my query is:
1. Whether we can sign sale deed for purchasing Brand Name or Not?
2. Is Brand Name covered in the Definition of Property since there is any definition of Property in "Transfer of Property Act"?
3. How Much Stamp Duty will be levied for sale deed if Consideration paid for Brand is Rs. 125000?
4. And, Is registration of Deed with the registrar is compulsory?
Please Advice... :)

Sir, I would like inform to u that I had taken loan but A/C had been declared NPA. After that through the lok adalat settled the loan and cleared the all due amount. After clearance of amounts in time bank is denying to return the documents of morgage property. Pls Suggest me what will be the legal procedure / legal action against bank for the original documents of my morgaged property.

Can new partner be added with retrospective effect.
Dear All,
In a partnership firm 2 partners are doing a business since past 15 years. A new family member is inserted as third partner is inserted on 01.01.2014. There is no family dispute, and partners do not have any objection in considering the third partner w.e.f. 01.04.2013.
Can a deed be executed in consent of all partners for inserting third partner with retrospective effect?
