We are to start a Software firm that would cater to the requirements of clients abroad mainly USA as of now. Please suggest what are the legal requirements and registrations that need to be done before the start up of the job.

Hi,
If someone collaborate with a company to be a C&F and a business partner, then what should be the act to adopt a nominee? Because if any misshapen will be incurred during business period, who will be authenticate to claim the invested amount?

Dear Seniors,
Two private limited companies has formed a joint venture for the specific purpose "construction of independent houses/villas/Residential apartments". For this they entered to into joint venture agreement with 50% each party share. And Rs.8 crores(4+4) brought into the joint venture bank account and started construction of villas.
30% of work completed and they applied for bank funding of Rs.15 crores for further construction.Here banker is questioning that there is no legal existance to the joint venture like company/partnership firm. Can any one give a write up on the joint venture legal existence for banker's querry.Awaiting for your valuble write up.

Hello Sir/Mam,
I have shop, i am doing the business from since 1980 and we paid all taxes till now, but 2 year ago the Municipal committee came for break the shop and we resgiter the case agains then we won the same and after that they the muncipal committee given the shop on lease for 15 years and we paid the cahrges as they requested and agreement also done,but in out city now new comminsioner came and they brok the shop and they declare that the place going for town planning so they are thrown to us.As pe legal law we have agreement and they take the charges so how they destroyed the shop then we have case against then , as per court we have order from court, but they are not ready to accept.
Please suggest for same and need help.
