I am a partner in a partnership firm registered in mumbai, now i want to retire from the firm. What is the procedure guide me step by step so that i could submit the required documents to retire. Please note the firm is partnership at will.

1.Either or survivor
2.Former or survivor
3.Anyone or survivor
So I would like to know the difference between the above 3 terms & significance of these terms & which is the best option

Dear Sir, i am a dealer of packaged food and beverages and i am getting my cash memo printed for the first time ,. A friend of mine mentioned that i hould include the following in my memo too " We hereby certify that food mentioned in this cash memo/bill is warranted to be same in nature. Substance and quality as certifed by the manufacturer". Is the lnguage fine nor needs to refined.

as i have already asked mu query regarding m investment in one of the mlm co. which is areal estate based company named mars build home developers (ajmer). how can i verify the moa and aoa documents of company and company is also saying that it is a limited comapny how can i knoe that whether it is a ltd. by gurantee, by share capital,or its a unlimited liability comapny etc its official web sites is marspower.in so pls all experts visit this websites and pls help me out also i want to know that how can i use right to information act in receiving moa or article of association.
