Dear,sir,
i have one doubt regarding that partnership firm tax rules.one of my relative made registered one partnership firm but still now they didn't do any business on that just they made only registration on year back(like June 2009).there is no bank a/c also.is they need to pay any tax on that for that year .

My mother was propritor of a firm.She had willed that after her death her three sons shall be partners of the said firm with equal share.What clause needs to be inserted in the partnership deed after her death as regards division of capital of my late mother and continuance of the firm in the same name ?

Kindly guide me whether there is any statutory provision for investment committee quorum under any law in India.
Incase if there is any provision as such & also if the A.O.A of the company provides for the quorum then in such a case what shall prevail.

i heard that There is no clarity on whether Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) can be admitted as a member of LLP. However a Karta, representing HUF can become partner of LLP. what it means??

A Indian Private limited co is presently in dialog with a NRI whereby the NRI has offered his technical expertise to the Indian firm in exchange for a share in Capital of India co.
Pl advise:-
1. Will this constitute FDI, considering the Indian Co is supposed to undertake Construcion business.
2. If the MoU with the NRI require permission of Central Government.
3. The MoU shall contain Non-Compete & Exclusivity clause for any business in India. If such agreement is possible & enforecable by law.
4. Format of agreement & specific references to Legal provision is desirable.

a foreign company wants to establish an entity under section 25 of thye company act by a separate fund .
i want to know the FDI policy that will be applicable to such an institution if established .any limits or sanctions on the investment if provided by the law .

Is Telephonic recording by banks maintainable in courts ?
On credibility bases banks disburse personal loans etc. just on getting a telephonic confirmation of the customers,of course they are recoding this conversation,but I wonder whether these audio recordings are admissible/maintainable in the law of court or not,if challenged are such recordings sent to the forensic departments and is the forensic science capable enough to decide whose voice is in the recording ?
