HDFC bank has made my account NPA illegally,we file a case in DRT and got stay in April 2010,since than case is going against HDFC bank,HDFC has put my name in default list in CIBIL,can bank put our name in default list unless judgement is not passed or even during pendency of case,they have got power to put my name in default list in CIBIL.?
What is remedy or which court or forum we should move for remedy to remove name from default list.

Respected Experts,
If a Co. is not hold any AGM within time & also not applied to ROC for extension of time limit then what will be the impact -
in this case First AGM of the co was held on 30.08.2009 & then till to day i.e. 15.01.2011 no AGM has beeb held then what will be the impact of it on the company or its Directors. Is there any penal provision for that?

i am partner of firm all members are of our joint family my share was 1/6 till 2006 than in 2006 two cousins were added share was reduced to 1/8 . mostly my two uncles handles all procedures of the firm .from firms empolyee i came to know that my name is no more in the partnership deed and a new deed is made and instead of mine they have made one of their son as partner which i found was true they have now restristed my entry to the firm niether they gave me any share or money what are legal remedies

Hi,
I plan to sell my homemade cold process soaps ( yes! I make them myself at home). I already have a consumer trading license. Do I need to have a manufacturing license as well? What other legalities/formalities do I need to complete to sell my product? Any help will be deeply appreciated.

P.S. A note about cold process soaps
Just as the name suggests, the cold process method of soap making does not require heat to create soap. With this method the lye, an essential ingredient in soap making, is blended with the oils/fats called for in the recipe in order to initiate saponification - the name for the reaction that forms soap from the combination of oils/fats and lye. After saponification, the soap is allowed to cure for several weeks to reduce its moisture content and then used.

Banks take possession of the mortgaged property, and auction the same without any court process. It is true that DRT is a forum where the affected party can file a case. If the affected party is not filing any case in DRT, the bank will proceed in their auctioning without any court order. Any body challenged the legality of the SARFAESI ACT?

Advocates not allowed to work for a company while practicing as per the advocates Act. Any body challenged this before the Supreme Court. If so what is the out come?
