certificate of investments can only be encashed by the issuer/financial institutions or the issuer/financial institution can also enter into buy back agreements on marked up price for their purchase?

One of my client has shifted his office because he wants do renovation in his current office, this office is shifted for near about 1 year.now he wants to change the address in Income Tax, Service tax dept and ROC.What is the procedure for change of address in these department??Whether partnership deed is to be modified or only notice will serve the purpose? if partnership deed is to be modified then please provide me the format for the same.

I have small kirana shop. After a very quarrel and efforts somehow I have received a cheque from a party who had make payment to me. when i went to bank for encashment, the bank officials stating that MICR number is wrong and we cannot entertain this chque.. i understand that MICR number is just beside the cheque number which is 000025000.. now what to do? i again obtaining cheque from party is difficult task..

I am resident of Mumbai Dadar & interested in trading & manufacturing of chemicals (for textile , pigmnets & lubricants industry). if i take only vat/cst no. i can able to make Tax invoice & resale the chemicals without charging excise to customers. now if wish to get excise registration to manufature the chemicals then what is procedure & how much cost involve for it.pl suggest

One foreign LLP wants to incorporate LLP in India with 100% investment, since FDI in LLP has been allowed via vide press note no. 1 (2011 Series),

Dear Members;
Please help me out. My company filed a money recovery suit cum declaration suit in Rohini Courts in New Delhi.
I left the Company with hand overing all my works in proper manner, despite they sent damned notice and later in they filed recovery suit for 3 months notice period.
I resigned from the services due to ill- ness, but they have accepted it nor issue reveling letter.

Need your advice as to how I can legalize my Law Office, as the residential area where I stay does not allow for Trade License. I cannot open up a Bank Account even without the Trade License. I want to make my company as LLP in future. Please provide me a way I can use the name of my Law Firm and have a Bank Account on the name of my Firm.
