Respected Experts,
I had purchased Ford Figo in March 2012, in which I have taken Adon Policy of Bharti Co. which means 100% Dep. My car got accident and I sent to Authorised Dealer for Claim under my Vehicle Policy of Bharti Co.
As per the Authorised Dealer they told me that I have to paid Service Tax, extra materials charges like nut bolts, greasing & 80% Colour charges, as it won't come under Claim.
Sir whether its true that I have to pay said amount to dealer, because at the time of policy they told me that I have to Pay Rs.500/- only.
Its urgent, Please reply at earliest.

An owner rented out his flat. After few months the tenant neither paid the rent to owner or the maintenance charges to the Association. The default went up to a year. The Association brought the nonpayment of maintenance charges in writing to the owner. The owner after litigation in court managed to vacate the tenant. The owner is yet to find a new tenant and for the unoccupied period sent the maintenance charges to the Association. The Association refused to accept it for the unoccupied period but said the said payment will be adjusted towards the defaulted sum for a year; also the Association refuted the contention of the owner that he is not responsible for the defaulted sum.
Who is legally right, the owner or the Association?

Respected Experts,
According to recent R.B.I. guidelines, only CST Cheques will be accepted from 1st January, 2013 and Non-CST Cheques will not be accepted by banks.
My query is :-
1. What is the difference between CST Cheque and Non-CST Cheque? How can we detect them?
2. Will the said RBI order will be coming into force or not?
Pls clarify. Thanks in advance

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks all of you for your feedback. I am always encourage to put up my querries infront of this forum because we get instant reply here. We don't have to wait for it too long. Once again I take this opportunity to thanks all the members.
I have come up with a neq query.
The company where I am working was asked to deposit a security amount in the court Rs. 740371/- Now the matter has been settled with that plaintiff. We are about to file the TErms of Settlement in the court after getting signature of that plaintiff.
Can you all please guide me what is the process of getting that security deposit back from the court. And can we ask for the interest amount for the period of two years for which that amount has remain deposited in the lower court.
Awaiting to get response at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I had taken an data card of an company in April and they assure me that my rental will be fixed Rs 500 PM for 6GB usages and after that it will automatically disconnected.
After few months, for August month they send me bill of Rs. 1400 saying that you had made excess usages of the data card. I had paid regular amount of Rs 500 on time to them and refuse to pay the excess amount.
Now they sent me an letter that they will file an case against me in court for non payment.
I want to know that in this situation what shall I have to do???
Please provide me an suitable way.
